Nocturne (Re-Kit Idea)

I don't know about anyone else, but the only times I see Nocturne in a game is on ARAM and when I feel like playing him on the Rift. Compared to Champions such as Sion, Fiora, Gangplank, and others, his kit just doesn't feel as special, which really hurts his viability when put in front of more defined Champions. This is not to say I dislike Nocturne's kit, he's one of my favourite Champions, and I do like his strengths as an Assassin, I just think they could be a little more pronounced to fit in with the newer Champions and Re-works.

Passive - Umbra Blades: In addition to the current passive, Nocturne's Abilities inflict Champions hit with the Seeping Darkness Debuff, giving them visions of a dark demise. Nocturne does 15% increased damage when an instance of physical damage is triggered on a marked target , and triggers the mark, removing it. Let's say this would be Nocturne's blades putting some darkness into the abilities, and tearing them out during attacks.

Q - Duskbringer: Instead of dealing increased damage while on the trail, that functionality is replaced with his passive, but the movement speed bonus on the trail and no unit collision remains. Inflicts Seeping Darkness on all hit Champions. This ability can trigger Seeping Darkness's mark for extra damage, but can't crit.

W - Shroud of Darkness: Passive: Nocturne's minimum bonus attack speed remains, and now doubles for 5 seconds when Seeping Darkness's mark is triggered. Active: Now reacts to being hit by an enemy Champion's ability, and shoots a ball of darkness back at the Champion which inflicts Seeping Darkness on them. No longer Doubles the passive attack speed bonus when you successfully block an ability.

E - Unspeakable Horror: Now inflicts Seeping Darkness on the target Champion when the fear is successfully triggered.

R - Paranoia: Passive: Once at least one point is put on this ability, each time a mark is triggered all of Nocturne's cooldowns are reduced by 1 second. Active: Now deals 25 less damage on all ranks, but can crit. This attack will first trigger a Seeping Darkness mark if the target has one, and then applies one.

The idea here is to give Nocturne a bit more in-depth of a mechanic to play with than just his Dusk Trails, but without making it something to need to play around completely. By removing the Dusk Trail's bonus damage and replacing it with the new passive, all of his abilities give him a decent potential for damage instead of just the one. The Dusk Trail still provides functionality, especially when combined with Phantom Dancer, and Duskbringer is still an okay poke since it can trigger and give a passive mark. By giving Shroud of Darkness damage potential by letting it apply a passive mark, but you still retain the spellshield and a function of the double attack speed, but now you have to pursue a marked Champion to get the attack speed after marking them. Unspeakable Horror is almost unchanged, but because it applies a mark, he'll get some initial damage and then some attack speed to follow it up, adding to the wombo-combo he has going for him for some good ability and attack chains, especially with Paranoia's new passive reducing cooldowns slightly. Paranoia to me has always been a spell you use after a teamfight, to catch a straggler or maybe two. It never really felt like a remotely safe option to engage with in a full teamfight, even though it's a point and click blind gap-closer. When Paranoia triggers and then adds a stack of Seeping Darkness, it means he has a lot better of a chance of being able to follow up an ult with basic attacks and abilities before he gets nuked like the squishie he can be, so when your ult doesnt straight up kill a fool('cause sadly it won't oftentimes), you can follow up quickly and effectively to eliminate one person from the teamfight, but they can get away with a quick reflex on a disengage, but you're more likely to get to follow up with a Q if you want to pursue, or just get them to distance themselves from the fight, it all matters.

Please give me your thoughts on this idea, especially numbers tweaks, I'm sure numbers could be tweaked. A lot.
