[Champion Concept] Harpos, The Secret-Keeper

When he was young Harpos found a book floating in the chemical swamps outside Zaun. When asked a question, the answer is always at the front of the book. He used the secrets he found in the book to blackmail a life of leisure for himself. His leisure was interrupted when, upon asking the book when and how he would die, it responded with: "The fool, Harpos, will be killed when the Bile-Blooded King reclaims his book." Whenever the book was asked about the Bile-Blooded King, the book, for the first time in the years he owned it, evades the question. Now, Harpos is trying to find out who the Bile-Blooded King is, before he reclaims his book.

Passive - Secrets Laid Bare: Bushes within 600/900(11)/1200(18) units glow if an invisible structure (Wards, Teemo Shroom, Shaco box, ect) is inside them.
Q - Disrupt/Enrapture: Disrupt:Harpos forcibly disrupts the target's thoughts, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+ 0.3 AP) magic damage and interrupts channels. Deals triple damage when interrupting a channel. After a .5 second delay, for the next 3 seconds Harpos can cast Enrapture. Mana Cost: 55/65/75/85/95 Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 Range: 600
Enrapture: Draws the attention the first champion in a line, charming them for 0.75/0.875/1/1.125/1.25 seconds Mana Cost: 20/25/30/35/40 Range: 700/150(width)
W - Path less Traveled: After a 0.5 second channel, Harpos walks the between the air and becomes untargetable for 3 seconds while being slowed for 60/50/40/30/20 (-0.015 AP) %. Casting spells other than Gather Thoughts breaks this. Mana Cost: 80 Cooldown: 25/22.5/20/17.5/15
E - Gather Thoughts/Desperation: Gather Thoughts: Over the next 2 seconds Harpos regains 100/125/150/175/200 (+20% missing mana). After a 1 second delay can cast Desperation. Mana Cost: 0 Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12
Desperation: Ceases the mana gain from Gather thoughts and deals the remaining mana gain as magic damage in a line Mana Cost: 50/60/75/85/100 Range: 700/150(width)
Ult - Wasted Thoughts: Deals 150/200/250 (+ 0.5 AP)(+ 10% missing mana) magic damage in a reversed cone and silences enemies hit for 1/1.5/2 seconds Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 120/100/80 Range: 1000/15 degree arc
