When you counter jungle as Yi

Most times when a Lee sin or anyone sees you, they'll go straight for the kill. I noticed a xin saw me walk in a bush so I waited for him to go too, them I used w (even at full health). He dove right in attacking me, and I saved a lot of damage by letting them engage me first with that up.
