Create the ability for people to sell Hextech Chests for BE

The feeling when you cant open the hextech chests you just got from playing with friends and getting S ranks is infuriating, which is why I say we should be able to sell them for Blue Essence. Maybe we could sell them for 1000 BE a piece? I just want to be able to use the Hextech Chests I get but cant open for something.
