**Theme- **Technology/tanks like rumble(in terms of being a yordle inside a machine, but in this case it's a yordle in a tank)/jayce(in terms of his changing form visually, like the ultimate)
**Role-**Tank support/Buff Support(NEW! concept I've been working with) [Visual: Basically a tank, with a large pod in the center for the yordle inside and changes form w/ the ultimate visual/effects]

Mana System: (This would be included in the passive description) "Power core"- Hellion has 7 bars each allowing an ability to do one thing at a time. After being out of combat for 1 second Hellion gains 1 bar every 2 seconds. Bars do not degenerate upon death.

P: “Targeting” Basic attacks made on enemies apply the "Targeting" effect, for the next 3s enemies take 2%/5%/8% more damage from all sources. This effect cannot be applied to the same enemy for the next 6s. Only one enemy may be targeted at once.
OR
P: “Power Treads” Hellion can pass through minions without being blocked, when he passes over a minion it takes 50% Base AD + 25% Armor in True Damage. The same can be applied to champions but is changed to 25% Base AD + 25% Armor in Magic Damage. This can only happen once after a 5 second cooldown.
Q: “Increase Torque”- 1 Power Bar Passive: 10/15/20/25/30 MR and Armor increase. While out of combat Hellion slowly increases speed by 2% every second up to a max of 20% increase.
Active: Hellion dashes 425 units bursting a shield onto any allied units in a 300 unit radius around Hellion for 100/130/150/170/200 (+30% Armor).
W: “Power Strike”- 1 Power Bar Passive: Every 3rd basic attack adds 1 to Hellions power bar.
Ally-cast: Targeting an ally Hellion imbues them with more power. Their next attack guarantees a critical and a small AoE blast of 150 unit radius dealing 30% of their AD.
Enemy-cast: Hellion Targets an area in a 400 unit radius and fires dealing 120% his AD in damage to the surrounding area, slowing enemies by 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% for 3s. Enemies hit have reduced healing by 50% for 5s.
E: “Magneto-Field”- 2 Power Bars Hellion roots himself in place putting up a magnetic field in a 400 unit radius around him. Each ability that passes through the field has its damage reduced by 75%, each basic attack is reduced by 50%. After 1s of charging all damage absorbed is unleashed in a blast radius around him dealing magic damage equal to 35%/40%/45%/50%/55% damage absorbed (+30% AP) in a 600 unit radius around Hellion.
R: “Rain Down”- 0 Power Bars Active: Hellion roots himself entering a locked down state gaining a 50% bonus to Armor and MR while gaining a range of 3000/4000/5000. While locked down Hellion is immune to displacement effects, silence, stun, and slows, but cannot use basic attacks or “Increase Torque”. Hellion can now fire 4 times between “Hell’s Hand” and “Heaven’s Hand”.
Enemy-cast: "Hell's Hand"- 1 Power Bar Hellion fires a powerful shot within his range that strikes after 0.5s with an impact radius of 400 units. This attack does 150/200/250 (+50% AD). Enemies hit by this effect have 5/10/15% reduced Armor and MR and silenced for 1.5s. Enemies effected by Targeting take 50/60/70 (+10% AP) true damage and lose their "targeted" status.
Ally-cast: “Heavens Hand”- 1 Power Bar Hellion shoots a shell of regenerative energy that strikes after .5s with a 400 unit radius applying an aura to the area hit that stays for 10s. Allies in this area are immediately healed for 30% maximum health and gain a shield for 100/150/200 (+20% AP). The shield cannot be applied again until it fades or is destroyed.
