Reasoning: Benjamin is a Mage/Support who can go Mid, Top, or Jungle. He has no mobility and is very squishy in most cases but can change up his abilities to cover a wide variety of problems. His ultimate provides a lot of creative solutions and can’t be predicted easily but also can be punished since it adds to his ability cooldowns.

Backstory: Report Log of Benjamin Tonnerre Fulgur

Day 102: I am currently working on the Electro Conductor Gauntlet, formerly the Electro Nimbus Conductor Gauntlet but had to dumb it down do to nye unstoppable storms, and the loss of my original arm and subsequent self made replacement arms. Previous success was upon G.A.S (Gelatinous, Amorphous, Symbiote) and the Frost Burn Chemical. If you need to know I shall present these objects to a small inventor in Piltover so that he may make me his apprentice. Addition: I also live on the 241st alleyway near a mad scientist’s house Additional Addition: this starts at the farest right house of the city

Day 105: I have been accepted as an apprentice, I am so excited, I-(The words begin to slowly turn into a messy scrawl) I’ve packed G.A.S, my many vials of chemicals and small inventions, adorned my Electro Conductor Gauntlet, and set off to Piltover. My future is now ahead of me, and my past kept in this journal and my notes. I now take my first steps into the outside world. Addition: remember to take the right fork in the road, go east, turn north, the go until you reach the road that goes to Piltover.

Day 106: Talk about a wrong turn. I forgot about my reminder and made a left on the fork in the road. I have now been caught by bandits in the Ironspike Mountains, a nearby cage held a skeleton that almost spelled out my fate if I did not act. I needed a plan, and I needed it now. I used the Electro Conductor Gauntlet to zap my head, hoping to create a sudden epiphany. I did, and it was equal part genius and insane. I first needed to get out of the cage, luckily G.A.S was still in my pocket so I called it out and made it form a key. I then used his hyper conductive surface to shock the whole camp in one jolt. I am now heading towards the path towards Piltover

Day 110: I finally made it to Piltover 2 days ago. I came to my new master's place exited to learn, and found myself disappointed when I learned all I could from him in those 2 days. It seemed so easy, I wondered how this person is a master of engineering when I knew about 72.65% of what he did. I ended up feeling lost, and worst was that his tools were underwhelming compared to what I need to work on my inventions and concoctions. I might as well just be back in my alleyway Addition: 72.65% explains that there were some concepts that I knew of but not fully understood. Additional Addition: I’m actually quite positive that the alleyway is far more productive in my research, but I really don’t want to leave.

Day 111: I was amazing! I was walking down the street to leave piltover when I was knocked over by a fleeing criminal in a fast moving vehicle. Two woman in officer attire were chasing them, and- (The handwriting falls apart but among the chicken scratch are the names Jayce, Caitlyn, and Vi, something about Lightning and self electrocution induced epiphanies, and how G.A.S got mixed with one of the compounds to create a large area of acidic adhesive to stop the getaway vehicle. The words Cool, Awesome, and Amazing are also found in there) In the end I was given a choice to live with Jayce and be able to use his tools. He was so cool, and he had just what I needed to upgrade my Electro Conductor Gauntlet. I felt Awesome that day Important Addition: The multiple uses of Cool, Awesome, and Amazing are simply used descriptively and have no correlation to my Persona, at all, I mean, I am an amazing Scientist and in no way childish. My enhanced vocabulary should be evident of that.

Physical Description: a young teenager in a Black over sized lab coat with a Bronze gauntlet on his left hand. He has two leather belts filled with vials and small trinkets overlapping in an X shape on his chest. he where’s ragged jeans and beaten up sneakers.

Mental Description: He is very smart and a little more mature than most kids his age, but only a little. He does have a small ego and hates being called a kid. He has a sporadic thinking pattern and an equally quirky nature. He tries his best to be an “Adult” without realizing that even adults are a little loose or even sounding a little inappropriate.

Voice: light toned with a young British accent.

Abilities Passive: Electro Conduction: Benjamin uses his Electro Conductor Gauntlet to fire a small bolt of lightning as his auto attack which deal Magic Damage, but they still apply on hit effects. His auto attacks now scale damage equal to 75% of his AP instead of his AD and will seek 3 additional nearby targets (Range: 355) dealing 75% of the damage dealt.

Q: Seismic Shocker: Benjamin takes 2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1 seconds to supercharge his Gauntlet. He then slams it into the ground and sends an electrical shock wave that tears up the earth in a straight line (Range: 600 long, 230 wide) dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+.65 AP) Magic Damage and knocking up all enemies in its path for .75 seconds Cost: 70/100/130/160/190 Mana, Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds

W: G.A.S Attack: Benjamin thrusts G.A.S forward (Range: 165-355 cone, 410 long), dealing 55% of his AP in Physical Damage and knocking back all units hit by 150 units and slowing them by 25%/30%/35%/40%/45% for 3 seconds Cost: 100/115/130/145/160 Mana, Cooldown: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds

E: Chaotic Concoction: Passive: Benjamin heals 5%/7%/9%/11%/13% of his missing health every second while outside of combat. He also unlocks unique items in the shop that can be used to modify this ability. He starts with 3 abilities he can choose from and there are 3 different abilities in the store. You can only carry 3 at a time, buying a new one costs 250 gold and sets it on cooldown on purchase, you can also re-buy any of the previous concoctions for the same price. You can drag the concoctions from the store into one of the slots that will appear to the right of the mini map, double clicking or clicking the buy button will have it replace the first slot. Active: Benjamin can choose one of three concoctions in the slot to the right changing his E based on the selected one. Though they do all share the same cooldown's but have different timers they also have different Mana costs. After you use a concoction the ability will automatically move to the next one, you can also manually switch by clicking on the concoctions Icon to the right of the mini-map. Cooldown: 15 seconds

Starting Concoctions Adhesive Acid: Benjamin throws down a small bottle of Adhesive that lasts for the next 3 seconds (Range: 595) and slows all enemy units in it (Circle: 390 circle) by 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% and dealing Magic Damage equal to 5% of Benjamin’s AP plus 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% of the units every missing health to them while in the area of the slow. Cost: 50/110/170/230/300 Mana Frostburn Formula: Benjamin shakes a bottle and then points if forward slowing all enemy units in a straight line (Range: 930 Long, 135 Wide) following the cursor for 3 seconds.. The slow stacks by 25% every second until 100%, then the unit is no longer slowed but instead becomes frozen, stunning them for the next 3 seconds but making them untargetable. If an enemy was frozen by this ability, then after the duration the ice explodes into flames, dealing 180/200/220/240/260 (+.55 AP) Magic Damage to that unit and all other enemy units in range, the damage is capped at 800 for jungle mobs and minions (Range: 250 + Unit Size Circle). Cost: 70/120/170/220/270 Monstrous Fury: Benjamin drinks the formula and transforms into an overly muscular wolf like behemoth for the next 5 seconds. He is silenced for the duration, but gains 400/460/520/580/640 HP, 50/55/60/65/70 MS, and all of his AP is converged into AD. His passive is now disabled and his auto attacks are now Melee, with a range of 230. killing an enemy unit will reduce 1 second of the cooldown, 2 seconds if it's a take down, up to 50% of the max cooldown (further kills will not reduce the cooldown of the ability) Cost: 100/100/100/100/100 Store bought Concoctions Dragons Breath: Benjamin drinks from a small vial before spewing flames in a cone (Range: 425 long, 220-590 Wide) dealing 90/120/150/180/210 (+.75 AP) Magic Damage to all enemy units ** Cost**: 80/130/170/210/250 MP Bottled Rally: Benjamin shakes a large bottle of golden liquid for 1 second. After the 1 second Benjamin shoots the liquid skywards, increasing all the Armor, MR, and MS of allied units in around Benjamin by 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% (Range: 690 circle) for 3 seconds. Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Celestial Jello: Benjamin throws a small vial (Range: 695) that contains a plasmatic mass with the looks of the night sky. When it lands it covers a large area (Range: 650 circle) for the next 1.5 seconds disabling the use of Dashes and Blinks in that area, people can't use dashes through that area and the dash is interrupted if their path would go through the area of the spell. Enemies who are caught in the initial landing point that are untargetable (Through Zhonya’s, Bard ults, Lissandra self ulting herself, Fizz E, ect.) take 300/350/400/450/500 (+.6 AP) Magic Damage. If they die to that damage, instead of their normal death animation the champion disperses into white balls of starlight before flying into the starry sky pattern of the spell. Cost: 100/120/140/160/180

R: Electro-Epiphany: For the next 5 seconds you can activate two different non ultimate abilities in order to create an ability to cast in place of your ultimate. The ability is based on the two abilities chosen. These abilities will not be put on cooldown, but will gain an additional 3 seconds added to their cooldown if and after the created ability is used. The created ability will last 3 minutes, not using the ability will cut the cool down in half, not making one before the 5 seconds are up will will reduce it to 5/4/3 seconds. Cost: 120/220/320** Cooldown**: 120/115/110 seconds

Q,E AA: Shocking End: Benjamin throws down a veil of Adhesive Acid (Range: 570, Size: 400 circle. He then creates a large electro magnetic pull that pulls all enemy units into the radius (Range: 395) dealing 100/150/200 (+.45 AP) Magic Damage to them, then they are slowed by 25%/30%/35% and take 30/45/60 (+.35 AP) Magic Damage and removing 5% of their Armor and MR (Max: 35%) for every second they are in the area of effect. MR and Armor will recover over 2 seconds. Q, E FF: Flash Freeze: Benjamin fires a bolt of cold lightning (Range: 510 long, 115 wide) that stops at the first enemy champion hit and freezing the target and the bolt instantaneously creating a tether, dealing 150/200/250 (+.1 AP) Magic Damage, and stunning them for the next 4.5 seconds. during this time Benjamin can drag them around freely while moving unless the tether is broken. The tether can be broken by having an enemy champion or a skillshot pass through it. The target will still be stunned but he can no longer move them or cast the second half of his ability He can activate it again to pull the target towards him, ending the stun but dealing 200/250/300 (+.3 AP) Magic Damage to them and half that much to all enemy units the target passes through while knocking them back 250 units. The direction he will pass through will be marked with a red line with red exclamation marks. Q, E MF: Thunderus: Benjamin Drinks the Monstrous Fury concoction then begins to electrocute himself, after 2 seconds he transforms into a massive beast made of lightning that charges down the battlefield in a straight line (Range: 1500 long, 210 wide) passing through terrain and structures and dealing 500/700/900 (+.75 AP) Magic Damage to all enemies hit. afterwords Benjamin will return to his normal form and be slowed by 50% for 2 seconds. Q, E DB: Solar Flare: Benjamin slams the Dragon Breath concoction into the ground using his left hand creating a large plasmatic explosion (Size: 720 circle) that deals 500/600/700 (+.5 AP) Magic Damage to all enemy units and knocks them back 265 units from the edge of the abilities range. Q, E BR: Electrical Encouragement: Benjamin imbues the Bottled Rally into an electrical current, gaining three charges of Electrical Encouragement. Each charge gives a bonus 35% MS, 1.0 AS that does not count towards the max AS, and AD and AP equal to 15%/20%/25% of Benjamin's AP to target allied champion. The buff cannot stack on itself. Q: E CG: Smitening: Benjamin inserts the Celestial Gel into the Electro Conductor Gauntlet and then fires a massive bolt of cosmic energies that deals True Damage equal to 150% of his AP to target enemy champion (Range: 490), for the next 5 seconds he will suffer from Absolute Exhaustion, cutting his AP in half and reducing his MS by 35%/30%/25%. This spell can target untargetable enemy units.

W, E AA: Gelacid Field: Benjamin fuses G.A.S and the Acidic Adhesive concoction together to create a super adhesive field (Range: 450, Size: 600 circle) for 3/4.5/6 seconds that slows all opponents in it by 75%/80%/85% and deals 10% of Benjamin’s AP as Magic Damage each second as long as they are in the area. W, E MF: Glob Monster: Benjamin Mixes G.A.S into the Monstrous Fury concoction and then drinks it, making him transform into a monstrous humanoid gelatinous mass for the next 10 seconds gaining 45%/50%/55% Armor and MR, 1000/1100/1200 HP, and 100% of his AP is converged into AD. His passive is disabled and his attacks become melee and he is silenced for the duration, his auto attack range is increased to 270 and he gains a 15%/20%/25% slow on his auto attacks. W, E DB: Snake Fire: Benjamin dowses G.A.S in the flames of the Dragon Breath concoction and sends him loose. G.A.S will begin to take a serpentine shape and slither towards the closest enemy unit (Range: 390, MS: 515) prioritizing enemy champions for the next 3/3.5/4 seconds. If G.A.S reaches the target it will wrap itself around the target and root them for the next 2 seconds before exploding (Size: 700) dealing 600/650/700 (+.65 AP) Magic Damage to the target and all enemy units in the explosion radius. W, E BR: Party Gel: Benjamin has G.A.S fuse with the Bottled Rally concoction, making a G.A.S begin to dance forward (Range: 2500 long) increasing all allied stats by 20%/25%30% and healing them by 30/50/70 (+.3 AP) health as long as they remain in his aura (Range: 500). Turrets will prioritize him above all other targets except those who attack the turrets allied champion. G.A.S will have 1000/1100/1200 HP and have 80/120/160 Armor and MR. G.A.S cannot hold that form for long and will dissipate after 5 seconds. W, E CG: Gel-0: Benjamin mixes the Celestial Gel and G.A.S together to create Gel-0. Gel-0 leaps to a target area (Range: 400, Size: 700 circle) trapping all not structure units in it in a stasis for the next 5 seconds, making them unable to act or be targeted, but will heal 25% of their missing health stopping when they are at 75% of their health while inside. While the units trapped can’t be targeted Gel-0 can be interacted with using certain abilities. skill shots that pass through the whole gel will separate Gel-0 into different sections based on where the skill shot traveled. Abilities that would move their targets in a direction (Alistar’s Headbutt for example) can target Gel-0 (Or cut off segment) and make it move in that direction.
