Giftiing and Wishlists

I play League with a lot of friends and the one thing that i would like to be able to do is surprise my friends with a skin or champion. The problem with this is I very rarely know what skins or champions they want and sometimes opening a mystery skin is just no fun when you get a skin for a champion you don't play. I wonder if it would be at all possible to set up a wish list for peoples accounts to help promote gifting?
