Katarina Rework Ideas

I know the upcoming Kat rework has probably already been finalised. But me and a friend were just mulling over the thought the other day, and this is what we came up with. We aren't developers or designers, and our only qualification is that we've played this game for quite a while, but please, tell me what you think and if you have any questions, throw them at me.

Passive: Killer Instinct

Katarina periodically selects a random enemy champion for assassination. Her target will switch to a different enemy champion every 60/50/40/30 seconds (Scaling at level 1/6/11/16), unless Katarina has damaged her target within the last 15 seconds. If Katarina kills her target, the mark will instantly move to another enemy champion. In addition, she gains one stack of Noxian Prowess, (Max 3) and her basic ability cooldowns are reset.

Noxian Prowess: Katarina gains 30/50/80 AP and 10/20/30 MS per stack. Noxian Prowess lasts 5 seconds.

Q: Bouncing Blades Range: 675 Cooldown: 9/9/9/9/9 ACTIVE: Katarina throws a dagger to a target enemy that bounces to the nearest unaffected enemy up to 3 times, dealing magic damage (60/85/100/115/130)(+30%AP) and marking each target for 4 seconds. Katarina's basic attacks and abilities consume the mark, dealing bonus magic damage. (10/20/30/40/50)(+60%AP)

W: Coup de grâce Range: 225 Cooldown: 15/14/13/11/9

ACTIVE: Katarina strikes a lethal blow on her target, dealing magic damage (80/120/160/200/250)(+60%AP) plus 2/3/4/5/6% of the target's missing HP in magic damage.

E: Shun-po Range: 650 Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10

PASSIVE: Shun-po's cooldown resets upon kill. ACTIVE: Katarina blinks behind an enemy unit or friendly ward. If the target is an enemy, she deals magic damage to them. (40/60/80/100/130)(+60%AP)

R: Death Lotus Range: 550 Cooldown: 7/5/3 Cost: 1 Death Lotus charge Recharge Time: 30/22.5/15

PASSIVE: Katarina periodically stores up charges of Death Lotus, up to a maximum of 3. Upon taking down a champion, Katarina gains a charge of Death Lotus. Upon taking down a target marked by Killer Instinct, Katarina regains 2 charges of Death Lotus and the cooldown is fully refreshed. ACTIVE: Katarina throws a dagger at all targets within range for 1 second. Each target is only hit once. These daggers deal (100/150/200)(+40%AP) magic damage to each target hit.
