Rein, The Human Bulwark
Overview: Rein is a champion I designed to be a reflection of how I would vision myself if I were a champion in League of Legends. Rein is intended to be a Tank/Fighter classed champion with a decent mixture of minor but effective crowd control and decent, but not overbearing damage. Growing up in the slums of Zaun, Rein has witnessed and been a victim to violence his whole life. He comes from a long line of mentors that teach non-violence, but with the rapid crime wave and destruction plaguing Zaun, Rein was forced to train in the ways of close quarters combat. Overtime, he became so good at his combat craft that citizens of Zaun would pay gold and rune for his limited protection. His legacy grew! He had become so popular among the Zaunites that criminals in the city started to move on to other areas to continue their illegal activity. Filled with cockiness, Rein decided to invest his time and money into making empowered body armor to further increase his glory. With the armor nearly complete, he realized he would need an ancient rune to hold the armor's power in place. This rune was held by a notorious legendary gang member "C" who intends to sell it in underground trades. With no whereabouts, Rein decided to join the League of Legends in hopes for further information.
Character Description: Rein stands about 5'11 and only weights about 185 lbs. However he is very strong willed and is accompanied by his custom made Armor, which keeps him protected from abnormal threats. He wears all beige, full body armor, that his fit for his physic. This armor looks more futuristic and sci-fi than medieval. He has no helmet, but small red shoulder guards and red knee bracers. Topping his attire off his a fancy spinal booster kit, built into the suit itself. His fighting style is passive-aggressive, utilizing opportunities to counter engage.
Ideal Roles: Rein is intended to be more of a top laner than anything. But since I like the support role as well I designed his abilities to do pretty well if you want to play him in the bottom lane as well. I don't recommend it, but he would be like a Volibear bot if need be.
Champion KIT
PASSIVE **Reinforced Assault- ** Every 2nd basic attack coming from a champion returns full damage dealt back to the attacker. (Cannot occur more than once every 6 seconds)
(Q) Presence of Rein Jet-leaps forward and crashes down at target location dealing (60/110/160/210/260 + 1 per 0.2 bonus attack damage), fearing all targets in an AOE at the end of it's destination for 1 second.

(W) Armor Mitigation PASSIVE: Upon taking damage, you will gain a buff that increases your resistances by 6/7/8/9/10 depending on the type of damage you've taken. Physical Damage increases Armor Magic Damage increases Magic Resist -These effects stack up to 5 times per buff.
(E) Heroic Combination Chooses a friendly target within a short distance. Rein will hit the 3 closest targets withing the allied targets location, dealing (40/80/120/160/200 + 1 per 0.4 bonus attack damage) physical damage, applying on-hit effects and knocking them away from the ally slightly. -Prioritizes Champions

(R) Runic Empowered Surge For the next 8/9/10 seconds Reins strikes are fortified by his empowered Armor, granting (10/20/30/40% of his Bonus Armor) as base attack damage. All of Reins crowd control abilities become_ taunt_, and Rein increases the potency of all passives available by 1.5 and nullifies all passive's cool downs. This includes passives from items as well.
