So I have been thinking about an offline gamemode for banned players on LoL. They can play with bots against bots. This is so they can practice new things, or just still have some fun against bots. I have been banned for 14 days and i was wondering if this could be an option for banned players.

I don't think you get what the point of a ban is. You don't get or deserve to practice new things or have fun.
Offline mode for when your network's down or if you don't feel like playing with other people? Sure.
Offline mode because you've been banned and want a way around the consequences of your own actions? That's another story.
