Lissandra

One thing, i play URF (mostly SMURF, really) with Lissandra. With next update in future you boost many heroes (Malhazard, Annie etc.) What about Lissandra?

In my opinion (her q realy need bigger range at last 100-200 units) but you can upgrade her to give her a true passive for ICE WITCH. Give her +20% bonus cooldown cap, then it will work perfectly! (Yes with masteries +65% CD reduction) It sounds OP? Nah not so much if you update all AP magician to atomic nuke bombers.
