Idea for Rammus rework.

Rammus is my favorite champ. I've always liked thorns passive in any game I've played, being able to tank and become menacing whilst doing so. Rammus just seems like he's getting weak. His damage redirection is outclassed by lifesteal- even with Thornmail giving him some help, I'm noticing a lot of ADCs standing toe-to-toe with Rammus instead of feeling the fear of suicide by thorns. That's because they can get away with it.

I love Rammus' kit, and I wouldn't want it to change...much. But it's clear that the Armordillo needs some attention.

Here's an idea for Rammus that would keep his kit intact, and give him some good cushion this season.

Defensive Ball Curl passive: Rammus gains +10/15/20/25/30% bonus Armor and Magic Resistance active: Rammus redirects 25/35/45/55/65 plus 10% of his Armor in magic damage from Auto Attacks, and resists 30/35/40/45/50% of magic damage for 3 seconds.
