New gamemode basic concept

Hello everyone...Basically i just thought that it would be cool if riot could somehow make a gamemode that gives champions abilities and passives from other champions...Something like how doom boots had different passive and such.Let's say u got a pantheon with a yasuo q jinx w karthus e and lux ult or something.So the idea is to randomize all champions and that u dont know what champ spells and passives will you get.And maybe kick in some items from black market brawlers and here you go lol
