Think about poor Kled/Skaarl or Camille before you worry about Ornn Xayah and Rakan already got 3 (added) skins and they came out after these two champs above.

Chill; he's relatively new. New skins will come...preferably when Riot makes him viable for general play again.
He came out in August, he hasn't even been in the game for a whole year yet. So he'll get skins in time.
Before they give skins to the NEWEST champions (
), they should give some to the forgotten duo (
)... just sayin
