Avoiding Players

I just played a game with a teammate that fed and was very relaxed in our ranked game. He fed in lane and just said "lmao." I don't mind this happening in a game. However, can you please add a feature where you can avoid summoners since my next game I played with him and he said "Im gonna feed" in champ select. I was forced to dodge. Halo has a feature like this on xbox. All I am asking is a feature to avoid them so you don't play with them or so it's less likely at least.

The problem with this sort of feature is that it destroys higher-level play, as there are so few players at that level that it would be easy to simply black-list any you didn't like, or didn't think were good enough, and effectively end up able to pick your own team.

You could enable it for Normal games only, but you'd still have that sort of issue in the higher MMRs, which already suffer from match-making delays that this would simply make worse.
