New champion concept: Kelm, the Stone Fist

Passive: Reverberating Blows Whenever Kelm casts a spell, he doubles his base health regen for 3 seconds and deals 50% of his Attack Damage as Magic Damage to each unit in his Melee Range. Earth’s Fury triggers Reverberating Blows where it lands as well as within Kelm’s Melee Range.

Kelm smashes the ground, knocking up and kicking a boulder, damaging and briefly knocking up everything nearby. Once it lands, it becomes impassable terrain.
Mountain Kelm instead smashes the ground, knocking down 8 boulders, damaging and briefly knocking up everything nearby. Immediately after hitting, they shatter.
Mobile Form: Kicks a boulder, briefly knocking up nearby enemies and dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+50% bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage. Kelm may Auto Attack the boulder to send it flying again, but it does not remain after it hits. Stationary Form: Knocks 8 boulders down his mountain, briefly knocking up nearby enemies and dealing 50/65/80/95/110 (+55% bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage.
W: Shattering Blows / Earthquake Cost: 20/25/30/35/40 Mana Range: Self Cooldown: 14 Seconds after inactive Duration: 6 Seconds / duration of Groundswell
Kelm starts to hit with such force that his attacks deal damage to all units around him.
Mountain Kelm instead causes waves of earth to deal damage to all units around his mountain.
Mobile Form: Activates Reverberating Blows with his Auto Attacks, dealing 55/60/65/70/75% of his Attack Damage as Magic Damage. Mountain Form: Deals Reverberating Blows around his mountain, dealing 55/60/65/70/75% of his Attack Damage as Magic Damage.
E: Shove / Slam Cost: 60 Mana Range: 425 Cooldown: 26/24/22/20/18 Seconds
Kelm causes the earth to swell, pushing back and slowing all enemies.
Mountain Kelm instead makes the ground to pull into his mountain, damaging and stunning all enemies.
Mobile Form: Pushes the ground, forcing all enemies to the edge and slowing them by 35/40/45/50/55% for 1 second. Mountain Form: Pulls the ground, knocking all enemies against his mountain, dealing 100/130/160/190/220 (+55% bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage, and stunning them for 1 second.
R: Groundswell Cost: 100 Mana Range: 325 Cooldown: 120/105/90 Seconds Duration: 5/6/7 Seconds
Kelm, the Stone Fist becomes immobile and resets his basic ability cooldowns, creating a large, impassable pedestal of rock beneath him, forcing back enemies to the edge of it’s radius, pushing him up and changing his spells.

Kelm was an Ionian Monk, a warrior who sought peace through his fists. One day, without warning, the dimensional rift that the summoners who had caught Malphite through opened. As the Shard of the Monolith was brought out, Kelm was pulled in. For days, he scavenged and survived, living in the shadows on the edge of a different world, dimensions from home. Once the summoners in Runeterra realized their mistake, they re-opened the passageway and brought Kelm back. But, a link remained, between Kelm and the Monolith. Kelm now lives with pieces, shards of that other world, and the power that comes with them.
