Can League Get a Superhero Champion Please!

I started playing mobas and was a beta tester for a DC moba called Infinite Crisis. I loved the game and was an avid player. The game brought all of my favorite heroes in one game and gave me the chance to fight alongside characters like Superman and Wonder Woman. Unfortunately because of poor management by the game's creators, the game was shut down. They didn't communicate with the community and players on game choices, they didn't have amazing updated graphics, the quality of the models wasn't great, they never advertised to increase the player base. You name it, they messed it up.

But still, even with all of its faults, the game was fun. This did, however, leave a lot of us in the dust as a game we loved was brought down. It really is hard to have something like that ripped away from you. Imagine league shutting down, crazy right? But with high hopes I post every now and then, making superheros I want to play. My idea is simple, it isn't perfect no, but I am trying so bare with me!

I dream of having my agile bruiser back and superman was what inspired this champion,

He flies, he does not walk. This would be my ideal version. Many flying humanoids in league are very badly made and don't really fly, but float, like syndra or malzahar, as opposed to Aurelion Sol who works it.

Passive: Basic Attack grant him 3.5% Attack Speed for 2s. This can stack up to 4 times, for a total of 14% Attack Speed. When he has full stacks, his basic attacks adds World Shatter

World Shatter deal an additional 50 (+1 stack per 50 ad) True Damage, which bypasses armor.

Damage: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200

Attack Speed: 3.5% / 4.5% / 5.5% / 6.5%.

Q: Punches gain 2 stacks extra damage. Apply on hit effects. Can be used independently but have a cast time of 10 seconds. Each hit does a cone of damage behind the opponent which do damage, but don't apply on hit effects.

Damage: 150 / 250/ 350 / 400 + 50% Bonus Attack Damage Cooldown: 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5

W: Dash enemies and picks them up, then throw them in any direct, sending them flying. Can also pick up an ally, when he does he gains a 5% speed boost stack, up to 20%, for a quick rescue. Can also blink dash to any knock up enemy, the closest one.

E. Gain a shield that blocks 60 damage for every enemy nearby. Also 15% Move Speed for 3s.

Shield: 60/120/180/240/300 hp Move Speed: 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%

R: He grabs his target and dashes with them. He is immune to cc for the duration. When the dash ends, his target is dealt 175 Attack Damage and Knocked Down for 1s.

Any enemies struck by him, while dashing with an enemy, are dealt 85 Attack Damage and are Knocked Up for 1s.

Damage: 175 / 265 / 355 / 445 + 80% Bonus Attack Damage Collision Damage: 85 / 130 / 175 / 220 + 40% Bonus Attack Damage Cooldown: 100 / 75 / 60 / 50
