[Champion Concept] - Cottus, Wrath Incarnate

Cottus is a Melee tank/bruiser that relies on sheer force and heavy crowd control to outmatch his opponents.

Cottus was the leader of a band of warriors who were known for charging into battle unarmed, his strenght and massive body greatly unsettled his foes, but the raging screams he shouted during battle were enough to send shivers down their spines and question their own sanity. During a conflict with a Noxus battalion that suddenly attacked his settlement in the middle of the night he mercilessly killed many soldiers and even fought Darius on even terms. During this fight, Darius proved to be a formidable opponent and as Cottus was about to deliver the final blow Darius managed to gravely wound him. Willing to humilliate his opponent even further, Darius turned his back on him and walked away negating the warrior the greatest honor, Death in combat, as if spitting in Cottus' pride and making him go insane with rage.

While unconscious Cottus found himself in a massive pond of blood, screams and echoes of pain adorned the air and he felt a burning sensation within his heart. He saw two gigantic creatures fighting each other while loosing screeches and grunts of pain, no matter how hard they hit each other, they would just continue to unleash their rage. The force of each blow the creatures dealt sent shockwaves that pushed Cottus back, and he felt a puncturing pain in his heart everytime one of the giants screamed.

In a split second the monsters stopped fighting and turned on to Cottus, who stood between them.

''We are Wrath, and we live deep within you, at a constant struggle to come out, Embrace us, and let loose all the pain and grief you've endured''

Cottus smiled and nodded.

''We are not asking, we are demanding! WE ARE ORDERING YOU TO LET US LOOSE!!''

Cottus embraced himself as both creatures threw themselves into him, biting off both of his arms.

Rage. Anger. Wrath. Pain. Cottus recognized these feelings and he let them consume him.

As he awakened, he found himself laying in a pillar within an active volcano and felt a scream coming deep within his head. His arms had become abominations, with open wounds that streamed blood and exposed muscle writhing with each heartbeat.

Passive - Wrath Incarnate - 30 sec CD Cottus gains a percentage of maximum health scaling off with his Bonus AD and gains a portion of the damage dealt as a shield. If the shield persists for 4 seconds, Cottus regains 200% of the remaining amount of the shield as health. +.5%/1%/2% Max hp every 50 Bonus AD, 50%/80%/100% of damage turned into shield.

Q - Anger Burst - 14 sec CD - Cost 6% of current HP Cottus dashes a short distance dealing damage and knocking minions and monsters aside and stunning enemy champions on hit. 20/40/60/80/100 + .1/.2/.3/.4 Max AD dealt as physical damage. .8/1/1.2/1.4/1.6 sec stun duration.

W - Rage's bite - Raging crush/ Raging toss - 18 sec CD - Cost 4% of Max HP Cottus grabs and stuns an enemy for 1.5 seconds and gains access to raging crush or raging toss depending on what he grabbed. Raging crush - If Cottus grabs an enemy champion, he may activate the skill again to slam the enemy into the ground, dealing damage. 80/90/100/110/120 + Bonus AD dealt as physical damage to the target. Raging toss - If Cottus grabs a minion or monster, gain the ability to throw the target and deal damage to enemies in line. 50/60/70/80/90 + Bonus AD dealt as physical damage to all enemies hit.

E - Gigantic crush - 35/32/30/28/24 sec CD - Cost 10% of current HP Cottus leaps at the desired target and deals damage around it, slowing enemy champions and terrifying nearby creatures. Damage equals 10% of Max hp + .3 Bonus AD

R - Wrathful release - 140/120/100 sec CD - No Cost Passive - Cottus passively gains 15/25/55 AD Active - Empowers his basic attacks and abilities for 10 seconds, increasing the range, damage dealt and health cost. Damage is boosted by 10% of his maximum health for skills, 5% for basic attacks. Health loss is equal to damage boosted.
