Current Que Problems for high Elo Players

Dear Riot Team and Users, today i heard that you and your team struggle with the current situation for pro players from Diamond 5 upwards and the fact they have to wait very long to get into a match wich has two balanced sides.

I hope i got that right and my spelling is not too bad (i'm not a native english speaker)

So here is my improvement proposal on that issue.

Like i already said from Diamon 5 upwards you can call the Players "Pro-Players" and our community call itself "E-Sports" so why dont you guys make "Play-Days" for the Pro's like every other Sport on this planet does . You could say like "as Challenger you have play days on Wednesday, Satuarday and Sunday" that would force the players to go for ranked queues with their Main Acc's all at once wich would cause shorter waiting times. And let's be real the other days the people who are really professionell League-players all have smurfs and sec-Accounts wich they can play to train on the other days.

Maybe you guys like my idea and if not well i guess i had nothing to loose :)
