Damn rat don't need no project skin.
I'd say the PROJECT skin line seems too thematically serious for champions as comically small as Yordles to fit in... Super Galaxy might work though. If I'm correct, just about all normal-sized humanoid champions could probably get PROJECT skins at most (Shaco would be one likely exception, since he's too... weird? quirky?).
