Saya – The Necromancer
Lore: “Saya was once a goodly mage living in solitude in the forest now known as the Shadow Isles. When corruption and curses alike fell upon the land, Saya was captured in its spite. Contorted by the horror of decay, he made a stand and attempted to revive what the forest once was. The result was mortifying, yet Saya only saw beauty in his cause. He grew closer to necromancy, a dark form of magic he would normally avoid at all costs, instead he made it much more gruesome. After dooming the nature and wildlife of the Shadow Isles to undeath, he proceeded to cast his powers upon humans. The danger behind Saya’s cause is that he believes that what he does is righteous and just.”
Champion info: Power: AP Class: Mage Basic Attack: Ranged casting
Passive: “Second Wind” Saya has the ability to revive and control fallen enemy minions as his own minions. His minions gain increased attack damage based on Saya’s ability power. (4% of ability power). His minions also gain increased armor and magic resist based on Saya’s ability power. (7% of ability power). The minions have movement speed equal to Saya.
[Note: All revived minions will spawn as default minions who have fixed stats. Reviving stronger minions will not cause the revived minion to be stronger. Revived minions defeated by enemies will grant them 1 gold, no experience and do not count towards creep score.] Revived minion stats: HP: 500 +15 at 3 mins, +15.3 at 4.5 mins, +15.6 at 6 mins,... Armor: 0 Magic Resist: 0 Damage: 13 (+0.5 / 90 sec) ad Attack speed: 1.3 [All revived minions are melee]

[Using the Alt key, Saya can command his minions to target an enemy if it's within a 500 unit range. Only the minions that are within the 500 range will follow Saya's command.]
Q: (Forced first pick) “Defying Blessing” If cast on an ally (instant cast) it will heal them. If cast on an enemy champion (short delay) it will blind them and damage them. (More like a Teemo blind, not a Quinn blind). If cast on an enemy minion (instant cast) it will deal damage, if the ability kills the minion, it will be revived as Saya’s minion. Saya can only heal allied champions, not allied minions nor his own minions.

W: “Solitude” Saya fires a mystical orb, when it hits an enemy champion, it roots them and leaves a toxic field around the target which will remain for 2 seconds after the root is over. The field is a donut and is 500 units in diameter. the toxic field is 200 units wide on all sides and in the middle of it there's a clear circle of 100 units in diameter where the target is rooted.

E: “Bile” Saya can select one of his revived minions to sacrifice it. The sacrificed minion will rapidly decay and a cloud of rotting fumes will damage surrounding enemies over time dealing magic damage. The minion will leave a trail of decay if it moves around while decaying. The selected minion will gain 10 movement speed.

R: “Now as one” Passive at first rank: Revived minions gain a bonus 3% movement speed. Passive at second rank: Revived minions gain a bonus of 5% movement speed. Passive at third rank: Revived minions gain a bonus of 7% movement speed. Active: All revived minions will become immune to spelldamage for 4 seconds. After this period, all minions will be sacrificed and a giant super minion will be spawned. This minion will last until killed. The super minion gains bonus power depending on the amount of minions sacrificed. The super minion also has increased armor and magic resist equal to 15% of Saya’s ability power.
Mana cost per rank: 100/130/170 Cooldown per rank: 180/160/120 Super Minion basic attack damage per rank: 60/80/100 + 3/5/8 per minion sacrificed. Super Minion health per rank: 1000/1800/2900 + 100/150/230 per minion sacrificed.
I hope this is not too atrocious. Feel free to give your input. I don't know what I'm doing, I'm not a qualified designer. I'd love to hear your feedback to improve this concept.
