Abilities

Passive:Viper Bite Attacking a champion debuffs them with venom dealing 25%/30%/35%/40% of your Total AD in damage over 3 seconds,targets below 20% hp take 125% more damage(10 second internal cooldown on each Champion)(scaling at levels 1/6/11/16)

Q:Coil/Strike On first cast:Ralu is slowed by 10% and takes 5% reduced damage,in the next 3 seconds Ralu can cast strike

Second cast:Ralu swiftly strikes forward dashing a 350 unit distance and dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (+60% Bonus AD) in physical damage

Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds(starting after casting strike) Mana: 50/55/60/65/70

W:Vipers Agility Passive:Ralu passively has 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% slow resistance

Ralu gains a burst of 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% movement speed decaying to 0% over 2.5 seconds,His next attack gains 50 attack range and swiftly moves him to the opposite side of his attack(i.e attack from back go infront,attack from left go to right),this attack does 110% damage,The attack does 150% damage if the targets above 80%/75%/70%/65%/60% HP

E:Deteriorating Slash Ralu slashes his blade infront of him,targets hit take 60/30/120/150/180 (+50% Total AD) in physical damage,Targets that are already affected by Viper bite or gets viper bite within a 2 second timeframe are slowed by 10% increasing to 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% over 2.5 seconds
