Urgot Rework concept.

So Urgot is currently in a situation where he fails to deliver on his (pretty awesome) theme (Undead Executioner Crabguy), and I threw together a kit the other night that i figured would make him not only more Executiony AND more crabby, but also a bit more fun to play against (or play as if you're behind lol...)

Passive - The Dead and the Dying. Urgot instinctively knows how to ward himself from the death throes of those soon to be executed at his hand, and thus takes less dmg from enemies based on their missing health.

Q. The Reaping. Urgot throws out his blade in a flat crescent shaped skillshot (think Diana Q, but more elongated, approx. same range), dealing damage, diminishing for each enemy hit. Upon reaching the end of the skillshot the blade is then yanked back towards Urgot in a Straight line, dealing additional damage along the way, Also diminishing for each enemy hit.

W. Executioners Charge. Urgot propels himself forward in a short dash, that deals damage and knocks up for a very short duration, followed by a short slow. Urgot also takes reduced damage from enemies hit for a short while.

E. Noxian Corrosive Charge. Urgot tosses a beaker of corrosive fluid in a similar way as on live, dealing low poison damage and softening the target for his next q to sink deep, If Urgot's next Q hits the enemy champion tagged with Noxian Corrosive Charge, the skillshot stops there, and then is yanked back to Urgot. Dealing both ticks of damage to the target as well as dealing bonus damage.

R. Rampaging Monstrosity. Urgot supercharges his undead bulk, reducing the Cooldown of his W, increasing attack speed, and reducing his armour and mr by a percentage, while increasing the damage reduction from his passive.

The idea behind the last part of his ult is to stop Urgot from building tank items with full effectiveness, and thus becoming totally unkillable, giving enemies a chance to fight back, and urgot a reason to build melee carryesque. Instead of being an Olaf who still has full effectiveness from items, and just losens his ult passive while going on his 6s rampage.
