Notes

Ketis' abilities scale with Attack Damage but deal Magic Damage.

Ketis' basic attack is ranged.

Abilities

Passive: Ticking Clock - Ketis' abilities and basic attacks apply a stack of Decay to an enemy champion. Every 3 seconds, one stack of Decay is consumed and the affected champion loses Health plus Mana/Energy. Champions with no mana/energy are slowed by 10% for three seconds. While under his star, Decay is much more powerful and decays quicker. Upon losing a stack of Decay, the affected champion is revealed. Does not reveal invisible targets, unless they are under his star.

Q: Torn Reality - Ketis chooses two nearby positions (range grows with rank). A black fireball spawns at each position. After 1 second they becomes invisible to enemies. If an ally or enemy steps on one of the fireballs, they take damage equal to a small percent of their current health and are transported to the opposite fireball. This ability's cooldown only starts once the fireball turns invisible and the cooldown is reduced to 2 seconds once stepped on. Enemies that have recently stepped on a fireball cannot trigger another within 3 seconds. If an ally steps on it, Ketis heals for the health that would have been taken and gains 50 movement speed while moving towards them. If used under the star, gains extra range, instantly becomes invisible and slows by 50% for 3 seconds.

W:Desist - Ketis yells "Cease at once!" and then dashes to an enemy champion, interupting their channels and dealing light physical damage, before disapearing into a cloud of smoke and reappearing at his starting position. He is then able to reactivate the ability to dash to them again, knocking them up, this time remaining at the target location. This ability will be cancelled if an enemy champion gets in the way. If he is under his star, Ketis will yell "Begone!" before jumping after the opponent he knocked up, holding them in the air for .5 seconds (both champions are invincible during this time) and hitting them again, launching them a set distance in a direction of Ketis' choosing. If he does not choose a direction they will fly straight.

E: Eridani - Ketis yells "The heavens will burn!" before creating a small star above his head (growing with rank) that reveals the nearby area, igniting nearby enemy champions for light damage, and giving allies slightly increased movement speed. While active, all allied champions have slightly increased health regen that is doubled while they are at low health or in the star. While in the star, Ketis' stats are buffed slightly, and his abilities gain extra effects. Very long cooldown. The star can be seen by enemy champions in the fog of war. Abilities used under the star have increased cooldown.

(At rank one, the star is roughly the size of an inhibitor. At rank 5, it is about the size of the baron pit.

R: Apocalypse - The map freezes for 4 seconds (The game timer stops during this time. This means death timers, monster camp spawns, ability cooldowns and the ingame clock. No champions, minions, monsters or towers may act.) Ketis' abilities are replaced with End of Days and he is unable to basic attack or move during this time. Ketis immediately dashes through a nearby enemy, and must then use End of Days (Similar to Yasuo's sweeping blade but with zero cooldown and no damage) to dash through as many enemies as possible, using the dash to get closer to other enemies in in order to use the dash on them as well. After the four seconds, a bright light shines on his starting position before all enemies hit by End of Days take damage (Increased by every champion hit and every stack of Decay) and Ketis is transported back to his starting position. Afterwards, Ketis loses half of his Armor and Magic Resist and is slowed by 30% for 3 seconds unless under his star.

This champion is still VERY much incomplete. I debated for a long time whether or not to make his star the ultimate, but decided against it. Ketis' kit is based around becoming a sheep herder - bring all of your enemies into one place or into a better spot for your ultimate. Since he's entirely based around setting up his ult, I wanted it to feel rewarding should it be considered for an actual champion.
