Ice Cream Man Zac Skin

The image is an example to help you imagine what his features are. Instead of the cherry root thing sticking out, I'm going to replace that with a cone to add more different looking feature. If you don't know what a cone is: http://bit.ly/1lxPZte . You can also get creative with his recalling, ability effects and tones more stuff.

R (ult) and E - Yea bounces but his cone remains. (Kinda simple but at least he still got the cone on his head :D)

Sound effects: Ice cream and slime sound a little different so maybe tone the sound effect down a bit. Idk

Recalling: He pulls out a ice cream cart and gets a cone from inside the cart and scoops ice cream up from his body ( ;) If you know what I mean). You can also add in the ice cream man music while he's recalling.

Passive: The instead of the slime left in the middle it's the cone. Like usual instead of slime, all the ice cream goes back to the cone and forms the Ice Cream man Zac.

He also has new taunts, jokes and Dance.
