champ idea

the link above is a picture idea. im unsure of the name but the concept could be fun. his back story is viktor felt he could make a better golem/machine then blitzcrank. so he made S.Q.W.E. (Sentinel of Quantum Warp Energy) sounds cool in my head. a machine capable of stealing abilities of other people/champs. he also has respect for viktor his creator but hates blitz and all who associate blitz as an ally.

he has a cannon for his arm as a start and is ranged. but his canno changes to the weapon needed for the ability. adapting to what is needed.

his ult would be Random roulette. he starts with it at level 1. upon activation his abilities all change at random. but they can only be a q w e from champs in game. and can only get 1 of each so he cant get 2 q abilities. his ult would have a 120 sec cooldown to a 90 sec cooldown as he levels up his ult.

his passive is slot lock. once each time he uses his ult he can lock one slot to keep the ability. his passive would also be he can use the abilities he gets at no cost or else he would need all types such as mana energy rage and such.

he would mostly be scaled off of hp, armor and mr, i cant seem to figure out a more fun way to make him then to steal power. any ideas to make it better are welcome so let me know what u think i can always tweak or ad on later. but i just think this kind of champ would he cool
