[Champion Concept] Hoshi the Celestial Drifter
About Hoshi
Hoshi is suppose to be a support that help out champion that does not have strong mobility and durability, what he lack in power his ally will make up for that. He can also be played has a mid laner and a initiator that can set up kills for his team. How does Hoshi look? Hoshi look like a space otter flying around space playing with stars, racing comets and interacting with other space being.
Lore
Hoshi is a cosmic being not from this planet, who travel around the cosmos at the speed of light exploring planets and making contact with other being. Hoshi has a very curious and playful personality whenever he finds something new he interact with it. One time on hoshi adventure through the galaxies he came across a star dragon
. He was drawn to the cosmic aura and the flashing light that came off this dragon so he decided to follow him. The dragon tried to get Hoshi to go away with ferious attacks but Hoshi still followed him. The dragon then try to fly away has fast has he can to try to ditch Hoshi but he was careless he didn't realize that he flew too close to a black hole. This was bad he was being pulled in by its gravity. The dragon tried with all his might to escape but he couldn't, this was the end. Suddenly Hoshi rush in to aid the dragon, He attach himself to the dragon back and started drawing in cosmic energy. With a blinding flash of light BAM! they started moving beyond the speed of light and they escape. The dragon was impress by what this creature has done so he made him a star ball for him to play with. Hoshi was happy with his gift and went on his way.
Abilities
1) Passive: Cosmic Aura
When out of combat Hoshi can draw in cosmic energy to restore his mana also near by ally champion get increase mana regen has well.
**2) Q: Contact ** Hoshi can attach himself to ally or enemy in a 200 range to grant a buff are debuff. These also have special interaction with his other abilities
i) Attaching to Allies: Will grant a shield base off a % of Hoshi max mana and 25% of his ap and also give a 25% boost in movement speed for a duration of time. once the shield is gone any damage dealt will be split between Hoshi and his ally
ii) Attaching to Enemies: Will be silence for 5sec and have there movement speed reduce by 40%. To break contact you will have to lower hoshi shield and damage him
- W: Star Flurry
Passive: Hoshi basic attack does 15/20/25/30/35 bonus magic damage. While in contact with ally champion they gain the passive effect.
Active Hoshi charge up energy then release it in a cone direction damaging any enemy in it path base off scaling damage 15/25/35/45/55(.40%ap against champion 100% ap against minion). Any champion in the cone range will be grounded cone range is 800. The longer the charge the more damage it does Hoshi can not move while this in effect.
i) Contact with Ally: While in contact with allies they gain the passive effect and Hoshi can cast the ability while the allied champion move around for him.
ii)Contact with Enemy: While in contact with enemy champions he can cast this ability directly on them dealing damage and rooting them in place.
4) E: Wrap Jump Passive: Gain increase movement speed out of combat 15/20/25/30/35.
Active: Hoshi can flash to a distant of 350 range 2x with a 5sec interval between cast before the spell goes on a 45 sec cooldown. Any champion hoshi is in contact with goes along for the ride.
5) R: Cosmic Cannon Hoshi charge up on cosmic energy then fire him self to a targeted location any champion hit get damage and knock up base off 200/240/280 (+40%ap). range 1500/2000/2500. The area that is being targeted will start to sparkle
Contact with allies: When casting this spell while in contact with an ally the ally will be able to choice the location where they want to be fired to.
Contact with enemy: Hoshi will be able to fire the enemy to a targeted location range 750/1000/1750 damage will be on 200/240/280 (+40%ap) and (+30% of enemy champion total hp).
