3rd person LoL as rotating game mode?

So, I saw a couple of videos on youtube of people who play LoL with RPG-view on their character (so, directly behind the character) instead of RTS-view (what we have now) and that looked super fun to try. The guy in the video did it with a mod, but it would be super cool if this was rotating game mode for all to enjoy. I figured if somebody could make a mod to play like this, it wouldn't be too hard to make for the programmers of Riot :)
