Koren: The Behemoth of The Freljord Tank Top/Support
Stats: HP: 575 (+80 per level) HPR: (8.5+1 per level) AD: 60 (+4 per level) AR: 28 (+3.5 per level) MR: 32.1 (+1.25 per level) AS: .7 (+2.5% per level) MS: 340
Lore: The Freljord has been in a state of conflict for what seems like an eternity. Although the warring factions control their own portion of The Freljord, there is one mountain in the far North that remains unclaimed. It is inhabited and guarded by Koren, a massive Ice Troll who feels that the mountain belongs to him. Koren hates those who trespass on his land and viciously fights off invaders whenever they draw near. Recently though, Koren has been growing bolder. He has begun taking territory that was once safe for others to travel by. Some speculate it is retaliation for all of the attempts to take away his home, but most people believe him to simply be a savage beast.
About: Koren is a tank made for the top lane but has attributes that can be useful for support. He looks like a giant hairless ice gorilla with large crystals growing from his shoulder blades. He has a powerful combo that requires planning, baiting, and positioning to execute. To defeat him safely, enemies will need to destroy his crystals or get him into an isolated position where he'll be considerably weaker. If someone builds him full AP his damage can get a little high but his lack of mobility or gap closers will make him easy to kite and shut down. He does well against enemies with slower attack speeds and enemies that need to dive onto him to burst him down. He will suffer against ranged enemies that focus his crystals or enemies that can rapidly change positions causing him to miss his stun and main damage combo.

Passive: Territorial Koren will defend his land until his dying breath. When he is near one of his crystals or an allied structure, he gains a grey health shield equal to 10% of his HP.
Q: Crystal Barricade Koren pulls a large ice crystal from his back and plunges it into the ground in front of him. Crystals cannot be moved and absorb all enemy ranged attacks until they are broken. They cannot be walked through but can be blinked/dashed/flashed trough. Crystals have ward health and will be broken in 3/4/5/5/6 hits from aa's or abilities. They will be broken immediately if they're hit by an enemy ultimate ability. You can have 1/2/2/3/3 set at a time and can save charges like Heimer's turrets that recharge every 40/35/30/25/20 seconds. Crystals will melt if Koren leaves the area, and can be placed farther from Koren as you level the ability. (100/200/300/400/500 units) Shatter damage - see W+R (80/120/160/200/240 +60%AP) Mana Costs (20/30/40/50/60)
W: Freljord's Fist With a click skillshot, Koren punches an enemy damaging them for (50/90/130/170/200 +30%AP) and sending them flying backwards a short distance. If they collide with one of his ice crystals, the crystal will shatter dealing aoe Magic damage (see Q values) and briefly stunning the enemy. (1/1.3/1.5/1.8/2 seconds) If they collide with normal terrain they will only be briefly stunned. (1 second at all levels) Mana Costs (50/70/90/110/130) Cooldown (25/21/17/13/9)
E: Barbarian Bash Koren ferociously slams his arms on the ground in front of him 3 times, damaging and slowing enemies by (15/20/25/30/35%) caught in his range. (20/50/80/110/140+30%AP) - dealt 3 separate times if enemies get hit by all 3 strikes, so potentially 430+30%AP with the ability maxed. Mana Costs (30/45/60/75/90) Cooldown (20/18/16/14/12)
R: Behemoth's Ferocity - Koren spreads his arms and then grabs at everything in an arc in front of him. Enemies caught in this attack will then be picked up by Koren, crushed for (100/150/200+50%AP) and thrown a short in the direction that the ability was cast in. If enemies are thrown into crystals it will function like his W, shattering the crystals dealing damage and stunning enemies. Note: this ability should not keep enemies in his grasp for long. The animation should be something like; rears up on his back legs and spreads his arms giving enemies a chance to dodge(1-2 seconds), then quickly grabbing in an arc, crushing and throwing(1-1.5 seconds) Mana Costs (80/100/120) Cooldown (130/120/110)
Gameplay: Melee champions cannot get greedy when fighting Koren. If you dive onto him and put yourself between him and one of his crystals you're doing his job for him. You'll need to break a crystal and then go in on him to keep yourself as safe as possible. Tower Diving is also exceptionally dangerous if you know he has his W and E up. You do not want to do it alone.
Ranged champions like Quinn or Teemo should have an easier time against him if they get ahead early. Once Koren reaches a high enough level and buys resistances he'll be able to set up plays by placing crystals behind you. He'll have a hard time dealing with poke and harass and you'll need to use to your advantage to prevent him from becoming dominant in lane and being an issue in late game.
In teamfights destroy his crystals as soon as he places them to be safe, or leave them up and bait him into trying to line up a shot on one of your teammates. His ult can potentially grab everyone on your team if you huddle up, so be sure to spread out or back up if you think he's going to go for it.
Picking an adc with a high AS like Jinx or Ashe will help you immensely with clearing his crystals. Champions like Ahri and Talon are also good picks because their boomerang abilities will damage his crystals twice.
Conclusion: Koren has the potential to decimate his opponents but requires excellent planning and positioning. His lack of gap closers and mobility make it imperative to build tank items as you'll need to get up in your enemy's face to land your abilities. He can be punished early by teams with range/poke but in later parts of a match, he'll be able to make plays if he gets into the middle of the action. I hope you like the idea!
