Shall Guardian of the sands Kha'Zix have a pair of wing on his splash

so comparing to the classic khazix and mecha khazix with guardian of the sands khazix , there are a obviously difference, the wings. the classic and mecha they both have been evolved their E /WINGS , why is that sands khazix not evolve his E . Even though i like this skin , but its not cool on his splash and loading screen so I didnt use this skin frequently. If riot add him a wing on his splash, that would be perfect. what about your guys thoughts , should it ? (sorry about my english)
