How to Revive League of Legends!

I have an idea, a rather good one in-fact, on how to revive this dying game. I have read the updates coming, while they are okay changes, they are not enough to revive this game like you want to. I have played this game for quite some time now and believe my opinion here does have merit. I have also played video games for roughly 29 years now. Anyway i have come up with a new game mode that I think will increase players coming back far far more than your 2017 update. I will not give you this idea for free though. So if you want it, I want to be paid for it. I have discussed the idea with a few very close friends and they think it would be amazing and would love to play league on the game mode I suggested. While that idea is not free, I will give you a free idea that may help with customer relations and a falling number of players: Allow us to select the old versions of champions you have updated and changed their skills on, when we are in champion select. Just simply add two tabs near the skin selection named old version and new version. This will give us the ability to go back and play a champion we really loved to play before you all went and messed them up for us. It will also allow us to play the champion we paid for, because the one you created after we bought it is not the one we purchased. As for me when you changed Sion he was my main.....after you ruined him I no longer play him....I payed almost $20 for his warmonger skin also, yet now I have a champion I dont play and a skin i wasted $20 on that now is worthless to me. So just know that I am a good thinker, not an idiot, and would love to help you improve your game quite drastically, but I wont do so for free. Please put me in contact whomever I need speak with about this. I will not ever submit my idea for a new game mode on the forums because I feel it is worth money. Sincerely, Dont Hit Me Bro

You are just really out of your mind if you think someone from Riot will pay for a fucking idea. Second, you are not the only one to have this idea! There are million of posts that ask a gamemode like this. (and you are probably the only one to ask fucking Money for this idea). And, who cares how much fucking money you spent on a skin! Thats your problem. SO before doing stupid posts like this try to think 2 times (or even 3).

Oh boy where to begin:

First of all, this is a public fan forum, not a direct line to Riot staff. If you want any Rioters to so much as notice this thread, you would need to address one by name with an @[name of Rioter here] or get upvoted enough to raise your score into the triple digits or so, and even then neither of those methods necessarily guarantees a response.

Second, you are not the first or only person to suggest a "legacy mode" ability to play pre-reworked champions, so good luck trying to get compensated for telling Riot what they already stated they will not do on account of most if not all of those old Champion versions being considered imbalanced or toxic to play against (however fun they may have been to play as).

Third, who the heck do you think you are? Do you honestly think Riot is going to give you monetary compensation, let alone

every champion and skin, and mastery page, and runes all unlocked .

for a dang idea? You know what sort of people get paid when developing League of Legends? Artists, engineers, programmers, testers, PR consultants, lawyers, and all the other sort of people that work for Riot for a living. Not random kids on the Internet who do nothing but give "ideas" on public forums. If you want money or ideas, get a degree and start looking for an actual job in engineering like actual Riot employees did.

Fourth, an LFG chat in theory sounds decent but technically that's what the matchmaking algorithm is supposed to do for you anyway, particularly in Draft Pick. Next best thing is just to send friend requests to any good players you get matched with after a game and then try forming groups with them whenever you get the chance.

Finally, I'm pretty sure your login issues may be attributed to your own computer hardware, Internet connection, wireless hardware, or Internet provider more plausibly than it would the League of Legends servers themselves. If a majority of the playerbase isn't experiencing the same connection issues as you are when connecting to League of Legends, then their servers are probably not at fault. I would suggest making sure everything on your end is properly set up and working before bad-mouthing Riot about it, and even then there are proper ways to report bugs or tech support issues for Riot to address, and "Concepts and Creations" is not the place to do it.

I also have another idea that needs addressing as well. However this is another very good idea I would like compensated for. This one I would give you if: When I create a new account. I will tell you the name of the account, and I want every champion and skin, and mastery page, and runes all unlocked for the new account. Trust me this idea is really worth that price. First off, yes I do believe Riot staff pays attn to this board, as I was directed via email to post here because they in-fact do pay attention to it. Secondly, yes I do believe a few ideas of mine are worth compensation. Third, how can you possibly know if other have had my game mode idea if I have not shared it? Fourth, Riot is a company trying to make money and hold pn to/regain it's fan base. Therefore, if my idea can help facilitate that, perhaps they would compensate me for it. Fifth, you idiots do not, nor have you worked for Riot, and clearly never will. Any company that sees an idea they really want will pay for it, it's just smart business, and Riot is in-fact a business. Thanks for trolling on my post though.

and obviously you havent been paying much attention lately. They had on their launcher a page asking us to come up with ways to help regain customers and regain our trust. Which means people are going to other games and not playing this one as much. League is becoming outdated with the release of 3d mobas like paragon and smite. So people are going t play them now. So if league can come up with some more fun game modes and fix their annoying bugs and penalties that occur because of bugs that should have been long since taken care of, then people would play league more than paragon when it releases.

and if an idea is really good they will spend money to help them make more money......jesus this guy......you clearly must have partied 24/7 and not studied at all in college. You obviously have no idea of standard business practices or even basic business theory. and making posts like the one you have posted will only hurt ur chances of getting hired by real game companies like Riot.....not help them. Mostly because it shows just how feeble minded you are.

Anyone who has ever owned any business at all knows you have to spend money to make money.....what you suggest is like saying they wouldn't pay their devs to make the game, or improve it, they expect them to do it for free.

On a further note, make chat rooms such as LFG more accessible. Most people don't even know they are there....and therefore, u can hardly ever get a group from the very tool that should be used to find groups. So then ur stuck with random que.....and in ranked for some reason most players are garbage, especially in bronze. I mean make me wanna pull my hair out garbage

Oh, and despite all the people crying because they think Ivern sucks, I find him to be amazing and a step in the right direction......that being a more creative one. I feel most people dislike him because they don't know how to play him properly. I think they likely go in a game with him and try to be just like other junglers. So they try to build and play to get kills on their own. That is not how u make the best use of Ivern. I find that if you focus on getting other people kills and keeping people alive, that is where he shines. I played 3 ranked games in a row with him last night, I focused on helping people get kills and stay alive. We won all 3 matches and everyone loved me playing as Ivern. This was after 3 teams in a row didn't want me to play him because they thought he sucked as a champion. So good job on him guys, and I hope to find more creative champions like this in the future!

also, just look at queue times over past two years, that alone should tell you the game is dying off. It used to be about what 35-60 seconds for a ranked match? Now its over 6 minutes half the time.......common sense would dictate that there is less people queuing and therefore, less people playing.

Also, there are two extremely annoying bugs that have been there ever since I can remember and should have been fixed a long long time ago. One is: When the game takes you from champion select to the loading screen the game kicks you and then you can not reconnect until everyone else has loaded into the match. The other is: Sometimes when you on are the loading screen and then about to enter the match, everyone gets in the match, but you get booted from the game. So then you have to relog. It happens a lot and i have personally sent at least 30 error reports on those two. Another really really big issue I find is you penal system. You penalize people for leaving a match. That is all fine and dandy, until you crappy hardware(servers) are the cause of someone leaving a match, then for some reason when they relog there is no option to come back to the match they were kicked from. Then they get penalized anyway. I know your account can be permanently banned for leaving matches. So why would you penalize someone because your own hardware is out of date, as is your software if it fails to allow you to reconnect to the match? I find it incredibly frustrating that you penalize people for things that are clearly your fault. And having to wait 20 minutes to queue 5 games in a row is overkill, especially when it is in-fact your hardware/software fault that they are disconnected and can't reconnect to the match. I know I am not the only one this happens to and it happens WAY more than it should. Between myself and all the friends I play with I wold estimate in the last year I have seen people get dcd from game and/or not be able to reconnect to the match because of your hardware/software at least 30 times. So, I sincerely hope you fix that and all the reasons causing that.
