Serfot - The Voice of the Woods

Serfot's stats: Primary Role: Support Secondary Role: Mage Base Health: 510 - 1830 Health regen: 5.8 - 13.2 Mana: 280 - 890 Ranged: 495 (His arms extend and attack like a whip) Attack damage: 56 - 98 Attack speed: 0.585 Armor: 25 - 80 Magic Res: 35 Movement speed: 325
Passive: Nourishment - While in the river, Serfot passively gains stacks of nourishment (1 stack per 2 seconds). Maximum amount of stacks is 50 at all levels. Upon taking fatal or damage that exceeds 60% of Serfot's maximum health, Serfot consumes these stacks to heal 3.5 + 0.4% of ability power. After consuming his stacks, Serfot gains a bonus 100% movement speed that rapidly decays over 2 seconds.
Q: Thorn Bolt - Serfot's Q is a skillshot projectile that stops at the first enemy hit. Upon hitting an enemy, the enemy is slowed by 25% for 1.5 seconds. Thorn Bolt does 60/95/130/165/200 + 0.35% of ability power to the enemy. It is not Aoe. Can be blocked by Windwall and Unbreakable. Applies on-hit effects but cannot crit. Goes off of Spellvamp and not lifesteal. Can proc iceborn gauntlet. Cost: 50/65/80/95/110 mana Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds.
W: Mana Plants / Rupture - Mana plants passively spawn near Serfot, they dissapear after he moves too far away fromt them. While beside these plants, Serfot replenishes 1.5% of his mana per second and gains 10/20/30/40/50 ability power. Serfot can activate his W to rupture the plants. Any enemy in radius of the plant receives a 25% slow for 2 seconds and takes 50/90/130/170/210 + 0.45% of ability power damage. It is important to note that these plants have a delayed rupture of 1.5 seconds. Maximum plants: 3 Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 mana. Cooldown: 25/23/21/19/17 seconds.
E: Escape Mechanism - Serfot detaches his arms to snare the nearest 2 enemies near him (must be within a radius similar to that of a tower). When he activates his E, the 2 nearby enemies are snared for 1/1.3/1.6/1.9/2.2 seconds and take 30/40/50/60/70 + 0.3% of ability power in damage. Cost: 5/6/7/8/9% of current health Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds.
R/Ultimate: Evergrowing Tree - Serfot targets an ally ward anywhere on the map. This ward quickly grows into a tree initially knocking up enemies nearby. The initial knockup lasts 1 second and does 50/70/90/110/130 + 0.2% of ability power in damage. Serfot can reactivate his ult once to make the tree sweep enemies in a circle. Enemies hit by this take 90/100/110/120/130 + 0.4% of ability power as damage and are knocked back a decent amount. The ward dies after the tree dissapears. The tree cannot dissapear even if the ward dies until Serfot activates his ult a second time (making the tree sweep) or after 10 seconds. The tree is impassable by enemies and is as large as Trundle's E. The tree gives you the same vision as a regular ward. Cost: 100/120/140 mana. Cooldown: 90/70/50 seconds.

Serfot is a forest specter believed to have originated from the Shadow Isles. He was forced to join the League of Legends after killing several Zaun scientists specialising in biowar chemistry. In these attacks, the body of victims were skewered by many peculiar trees that weren't there before. His purpose is unknown but one thing is clear. He has come to punish those who destroy nature.
