Lore: Former Lord and General in command of Demacia,Dagnar was a fierce and brave commander in the battlefield but not many believed he could be defeated until the imprisoned mages of Demacia assassinated him.Through dark sorceries and magic he is brought back to life once more. But will he serve his people or bring them doom and destruction? Passive ability: Chain of command Increases the attack speed of all allies near Dagnar by %15.Upon death this ability will increase to %30 for 3 seconds. Q: Determined strikes Dagnar strikes 3 times with his sword and gains stacks of brutality each time the strikes hit a champion.Strikes give 40/60/80/100/120 physical damage. Each stack of brutality grants 4% extra damage.Stacks up to 10 times.

W: Commander's Blade Dagnar throws a cursed blade which deals 30/50/70/90/110 physical damage and drains up to 18% of target champions health. Stacks of brutality add 3/5/7/9/11% more damage

E: Heroic Battlecry Dagnar shouts a battlecry and terrifies enemy champions nearby and deals 35/60/85/110/145 magical damage.

R: The Ultimate Strategy Dagnar slams his shield to the ground and summons his loyal undead bodyguard to aid him in the battle.All enemies near Dagnar take 200/300/400 physical damage.

Undead bodyguard: Damage:97/134/171 Health:900/1000/1100 Armor:50/60/70

Dagnar is strong against tank and fighter champions. But he is weak against assassin and mage champions. Dagnar himself could be a tank or a fighter champion. Roles: Top or Mid

Sounds like a very fun concept to play around, I like the idea of a champion that does more when he dies. But the champion just seems a little bit overloaded, having a terrify makes him pretty good against assassin's and has a 2 second stun rank 1, which is pretty damn good for level 1. A bonus of 50 damage scaling with 100% AD and a maximum of 100% crit chance also seems a bit overloaded.

I would suggest to make some more abilities that have the theme of him doing something while dead or maybe something that can revive on his ultimate?

I find it kind of weird that there is crit chance randomly added to his kit. I feel like that would be better as a % of target’s max health damage buff to better emphasize that he is stronger vs tanks. The crit chance makes me think that this champ is geared more towards burst (jumping on the adc and one shotting him with crit) rather than the more sustain based and drawn out battles that you would have against tanks, juggernauts and other high healthed champs.

If you don’t want max hp damage then armor shred could be an option. You can also expand on the idea of an undead/demonic soldier by having him steal armor, a set amount of armor or a percentage of the target’s armor is subtracted from the target and is given to you for a certain amount of time.

His W seems slightly out of place to me, this grenade (which seems like a worse version of Heimerdinger’s W) doesn’t fit well in the idea of an undead warrior from a medieval/ancient style of weapons. Either change the W to match his theme, make something in the W worth it to have the channel, or get rid of the channel to increase the CD of the ability while decreasing the hitbox of the W. If you want the W channel to be worth keeping then the base CD of it should probably be around 10 or 12 seconds, and you should increase the hit box to make it easier to land (his opponents will have time to prepare because the channel will make it obvious that Dagnar is going to use W), this is also an important note: will this channel self root the user, like lux ult? Or will the user be able to freely move around, like pyke channeling Q or rumble casting Q? The easiest might be like pyke Q, this gives the enemies slight forewarning that dagnar is gonna cast W due to him having a channel animation and slightly reduced MS, this also helps Dagnar to kite/chase people because he can still move while channeling to gain some ground.

And I think that is all from me, this is am absolutely great idea and concept though! Would love to see something like this be put in the game at some point.
