Make VC for only ppl with lvl 3 honor and above!

This might be a way for ppl who are not toxic to be able to use voice chat while forcing toxic ppl to gain honor to use it. Muting the person speaking is always an option, and recorded dialogue for people who gain honor just to say shit can lower their honor level, so they cant use voice chat until they get honor again.

While they are third party things, Discord, Teamspeak, and Curse Voice are favorites of league players because you can quickly and easily get into a chat...... Or boot someone out if they get too rowdy. All you need to do is post a link.

There are often times i am playing with newer people as well who do not have as many honors as i do, and so they would not be able to use it. This poses a big problem for me.
