I think this would be a cool skin idea since it kind of goes with her rock theme. she could have particle changing effects like her basic attacks and her abilities that changes into gems instead of rocks. can someone try and draw it and ill tell you my feedback.

It's a cool idea! Were you thinking on how they did most of 
skins in having mainly a colour change of her model and abilities with a few tweaks here and there?
i really like this idea, i thought i came up with it but it just makes sense...and i would love to see it.
