A champion concept (No Name)

I was watching youtube videos when i thought of this concept. The abilities are borrowed from other games and movies. However, i combined them into one set of abilities.

The theme could be something like. The champion was born in freilord but moved to a more technologically advanced place like zaun or piltover where he/she crafted a hextech freeze ray. or something like that :P

(No Name) Support champion

Passive: Leaves a trail/road of ice behind that lasts couple seconds. Increases movement speed of friendly units who walk on it.

Q; Shoots a steady stream of ice at an enemy that damages over time and freezes/stuns the enemy after couple seconds

W: Passive: Anyone who basic attacks (No name champ) is slowed for 1 second.

  Active: Generates an ice shield for an ally that absorbs damage

E: Works like Fiora's parry. If auto attacked after 1 second of casting, the enemy is stunned/frozen

R: Freezes the champions own hand into a massive ice fist for couple seconds. Increased range and damage on auto attacks.

R Second Cast: Swings massive ice fist in a line that will area damage and knockback.
