New Feature Mode 10 v 10

I would like to see a feature mode with 10 v 10 on the rift. Gold income would be a little faster and jungle camps would also respawn a little faster. I think this would be awesome to play in as things would get insane really fast.

Possible Problems: Idk if this would make games way too long or if games would be too snowball-ish so this will require some testing of course
