Whenever you get a kill or an assist, give all allied champions that helped with the kill a permanent 1% bonus spell power in addition to any additional spell power gained in the future.

Choose a location, faint glowing moths gather at the target dealing 15/30/45/60/75(+110% spell power) per second to all in the area for 4 seconds. Targets are blinded for the first second of the ability. Recast this ability to redirect the moths.
**W(Illusion of Security) ** Mana(30) CD(7/6/5/4/3)
Launch a powder bag, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 damage. Upon impact, if it is an enemy champion, fix an image of all allied champions from their current location on their screen for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. The illusion is cancelled if any nearby champion takes damage. Your movement speed increases by 100% while on swamp.

Place a circle of swamp on the ground which slows enemy movement speed by 40/50/60/70/80 per cent. Enemies inside the swamp take 30/35/40/45/50 per cent more damage from Lydra's abilities.
**R(Swamp Mother's Wrath): **

Transform 800units of land temporarily into "Swamp"(lvl1), this area however, includes obstructions, walls and even towers, sinking them all into the swamp to reappear afterward. This ability lasts 8/14/20 seconds. While this ability is active, you gain 20% ability power and all submerged buildings are invulnerable.
