Best play Suggestion

Hey Riot, Greetings summoners, I've recently played a bit of Overwatch and noticed they have something really interesting that should be added in the League. At the end of the game you can watch the best play of the game and vote for people and honestly it's an awesome idea, I mean people already try to record stuff themselves and post it on the internet. Wouldn't it be cool if after every game you'll watch the best play of the game and it would save it on your profile so you can watch it when you like, or other people can watch it or hell post in on facebook easy. And for the second part, with voting at the end of the game, it would be nice if like every player at the end of the game has 1 point that they can use to reduce by +-1 lp of the players they think played well or played bad, I think this would give players the change to punish just a little bit or reward people and make the community better because people won't be so flamy if they knew they have something to lose for it at the end of the game.
