Abilities:

**Passive: Woodland Rejuvenation ** Target Range: 200 Passively Brior is surrounded by a woodland aura, every ally within the range of this passive is granted passive Life Steal (1% +1% p/L) to AD champions and Spell Vamp (1% +1% p/L) for AP champions Additionally, for every allied champion within the passive Brior is granted 20% Health Regen p/S, this does not scale with his level. However, any additional Health Regen given by items will be converted to Max Health. (200% Health Regen > 200 Max Health)

Q: Hardbark Fling Target Range: 600 Cost: 110/ 95/ 85/ 80/ 80. Cooldown: 10.s/ 9.5s/ 9.s/ 8.5s/ 8.s Active: Brior hurls forward a lasso created from woodland energy that sticks to the first champion hit and pulls them diagonally left or right in Brior’s direction. This will also deal damage to enemies the target is pulled through, though this damage is quite a bit less than the first hit. Must the enemies be dragged into a wall they will be stunned for 0.15s Physical Damage on initial hit: 40/ 55/ 70/ 90/ 110 (+60 / 65/ 70/ 75/ 80% AD) Physical Damage on other hit Targets: 20/ 35/ 60/ 85/ 92.3(+40 / 45/ 50/ 55/ 60% AD)

W: Woodland Inflation Effect Radius: 900 Cost: 20/ 40/ 60/ 120 p/S Cooldown: 20.s/ 18.s/ 16.s/ 14.s/ 12.s Active: Brior quickly expands his passive area to a 900 range, this interacts differently than his regular passive and can be interrupted by crowd control. The duration of this expansion is 6.s, but if you walk into an ally it will give a different effect Ally: When the outer circle of the expanded passive comes in contact with an allied champion it will pulse, healing the ally that entered the zone and periodically another close ally for 40/ 50/ 75/ 100/ 120 (+25% AP) Enemy: When the outer circle is interfered by an enemy it will also pulse, this will work on stealthed and invisible enemy champions, this champion will also be slowed for 10.7% for 0.4s

E: Leavestone Charge Target Radius: 800 Effect Range: 350/ 160 Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 18.s/ 17.s/ 15.5s/ 13.s/ 11.5s Active: Brior charges into the target direction, ignoring all soft Crowd Control or other movement impairing abilities during the dash (like a silence), however he can still be impaired the moment he charges up. The dash does pass natural but not player created terrain, it will eliminate his passive ability during the charge. When coming in contact with an enemy champion in his path he will knock them sideways, interrupting spell casting and/or dodges that just so happen to collide with this ability. Upon collision this will deal 70/ 80/ 90/ 120/ 140 (+35% AD)

R: Deep Wood Overmight Effect Range: 1500 Cost: 150 Cooldown: 1.30 min/ 1 min/ 55.s Active: Upon activation Brior releases a mighty roar, dealing physical damage to all enemies in the area equal to 200/ 290/ 350 (+50% AD), if it hits any enemy it will fear them for 0.7 seconds, also slowing them by 10% for the 0.9 seconds. Like Press the Attack, Deep Wood Overmight makes all hit enemy champions vulnerable to any source of damage for a short duration (3.s). This does stack with Press the Attack, meaning that this key rune will be applied even to enemies under the effect of Deep Wood Overmight.

Strategy: Chaining your E into your Q can bring an enemy into your ADC’s range pretty easily without there being a direct counter apart from spell shields or dodging, much like Blitzcrank or Thresh.

Buying a Warmog’s Warmail is a very strong item on Brior, as it’s passive 200% Health Regen will convert into Max Health due to his passive, effectively giving him 1000 Max Health per Warmog’s.

Try getting into an enemy blind spot, preferably behind terrain so that you are in the fog of war, then when the enemy is past you can engage with E and transit into your R, forcing all the enemies toward your team.

Isolate misplaced enemies with a well timed Q to easily pick up kills for your team.

Look out for your mana, early game his abilities are very mana consuming and can easily make you useless until you back.

Biography: As sworn protector of a small village of Ionian descent, Brior, a vastayan man that was accepted by it’s people at young age, uses his formidable power in order to ward the village off from Noxian intruders. Not many know of the tiny town, as Ionians don’t attend it in the fear of being seen as a Noxian. The Woodland’s inhabitants live in peace, with the guardian behemoth protecting their very lives. Brior is prepared to sacrifice all he is in order to keep the village from being utterly destroyed.

[[In early Ionian times, around the age that Noxus invaded the mystical lands, a village was created In cooperation between the Vastayan and the fleeing Ionians. It was a village of peace as the Noxian invaders could not reach the village, that was shrouded by a celestial to. As the time went by an active and bubbly community grew at a fast pace, the first Vastayan/human child was born, and it’s birth was celebrated fondly with a large festival of flowers and berries, the mom carried his name; Brior.

Brior grew up as a special and kind infant, his little horns were gorgeous and his lush green eyes were truly a sight to behold. Not to mention the child showed signs of mystical arts, much like his father. The boy made a lot of friends early on, always running around the paths with them or entertaining themselves with leather balls. He accompanied his father while he gathered herbs and other plants from the woods near the village, while the females went out to hunt. Life was good for Brior and he continued being a source of joy between his families.

Until a security breach occurred, a group of armed Noxians were able to bypass the cosmic barrier and trespass into the town. They initiated a full on genocide upon the unexpecting inhabitants and stirred chaos that would even reach the ears of Brior and his father, who were gathering plants at the time.

Of course the two hurried back to the city, Brior with his dad on his back, since the boy had grown to be incredibly tall and muscular, about 1.5 times his father’s height, who was only 5’4.

When Brior arrived at the site the village was in near ruins, people were still screaming and blood could be seen flying through the air. The panic was too much for the boy to handle, he had lived in peace for his whole life after all. It caused him to let out a bone chilling roar that abruptly stopped the blood bath. Brior entered through the cosmic barrier, his green eyes blazing with an energy that would pierce one’s soul.

The Noxian stopped their killing the very moment they saw the behemoth enter the village, assuming he was it’s protector and even it’s guardian deity. Not in need of any godly judgement the troops retreated quickly, leaving a half dead and burning village behind.

Even though many were killed that day, the people of the Woodland remained peaceful and celebrated Brior’s victory regardless of him reminding them that all he did was walk in. He was praised with honor and given the title of Guardian, which he wore uncomfortably in the beginning, but proudly now.

From that day on Brior was known as the Guardian of Woodland, and with a bit of Ionian war training of the Ionian half of the people. He defends the extraterrestrial border of his home town.]]

Update 1 [2018/Nov/8] : Dropped the base damage on his ult and also lowered the AD scaling for more balance.

Update 1 1/2 [2018/Nov/8] : Added Irelia to his friends list because she fought beside the Vastayan when Noxus went to war with Ionia, ultimately dismembering one of Swain’s arms.

Update 2 [2018/Nov/9] Lowered the AD scaling on his E to 35% and also the bonus movement speed his R would give to his teammates. I did not remove the fact that his E phases to natural terrain because I think this fine, further objection could lead to it being removed as well. I also did not remove the slow on his ult because Fear usually also inflicts a slow (see Fiddlesticks).

I love it, but what about Irelia ??

Certainly a fuck ton of work went into this, but the R deals too much damage as a support. Full AD Brior would be able nuke the entire enemy team for upwards of 1000 damage mid-late game. Also similar to Soraka, the heal'd be useless without an ally nearby.

The E ability is confusing, why is it's only purpose to be an escape method? Why is it ignoring soft-cc? Why would it ignore normal terrain but not normal? Why does it have 65% AD Scaling?

What I think would be fitting: Scaling range Doesn't cross any terrain 35% Bonus AD scaling (Meaning from items)

I also think R gives too many stats for 1 ability. Maybe remove the Fear & Bonus MS?

Q should have 80% Bonus AD Scaling.
