As Jay Z once said, it obviously applies to you, got 99 problems but a bitch ain't one.
i see a skin with that variety would take ALLOT of work, so it would obviously be expensive, and i could only see this skin being widely popular in the east as it somewhat of a satire of there anime characters, but a majority of people outside of east wont get the joke behind it.
