Stephan The Resource Extraction Engineer
Lore: Stephan works and runs the illegal mines at the base of Mount Targon extracting minerals and rare resources for Noxus. Stephan's family has a strong loyalty for Noxus but in his case there is a slight issue.... Stephan has a tendency to not care for the well being of others or himself which has lead to countless loss of Noxian lives. Due to his unpredictability and carelessness the Noxian high command decided to send him to the base of Mount Targon solo in hopes he will either bring back countless resources or die in the process. Over the span of 15 years Stephan has made quite the name for himself among the Targonians as a charming, ambitious nuisance that on countless occasions had to be chased away from the mountain only for him to leave an explosive surprise and continue his work within hours.
Allies: None Rivals: Both Noxian and Targonians alike
Basic attack range: Melee (uses pickaxe)
Passive: Over-Powdered, 15 second cool down, After casting a ability Stephan leaves a trail of gunpowder where he walks that lasts (15, 30, 45) seconds. The gunpowder can be triggered in combination with Bulls-Eye, Dynamite Chuck, or The Mother Load
Q: Bulls-Eye, Stephan can purchase bullets at the shop at 10 gold a piece. Stephan targets a enemy unit and shoots after a 1.5 second delay if the shot hits its intended target it gains bonus damage. Can be blocked by minions, towers, walls, and other enemy champions. A aim icon will appear over the target.
W: DUCK N COVER, Stephan rolls in direction towards the cursor leaving blazed powder at his original location that explodes after he finishes the roll. After finishing the roll passive activates
E: Dynamite Chuck, Holds up to 2 charges. Stephan chucks the Dynamite a short distance and then it rolls for half the distance thrown if it makes contact with a enemy unit or is triggered early by Bulls-Eye will cause a aoe explosion dealing ad damage
R: The Mother Load, Stephan loads a mine cart with dynamite and kicks it in a targeted direction. The cart travels until it hits a wall, structure, or enemy champion and explodes on impact. If the cart has direct impact onto a wall will cause it to be destroyed.
