If people are struggling with permaslows....

Perhaps there needs to be a bruiser Item with Yi's Ulti on it or perhaps a brusier protobelt. I feel protobelt is a major reason for the strenght of AP bruisers right now.

Right now there is just one bruiser seeing worlds play , who just gives the middle finger to CC and runs in.

It may not have to be a new item, I think could be reworked to be a bruiser item giving immunity to slows, it would really only be sad about that.

Build out of + or something similar

As for an AD protobelt, I think it would probably be at least as broken if not more so, so i am not sure it is a good idea even if it seems unfair. Giving another jump is just dumb, perhaps a Hook rather than a jump might be better, an AD/tank item that gives you a Nautilis hook seems easier to balance.
