Champion: Xankul The Soothsayer of Demacia Histrory: Raised from a broken home where he was never heard. Xankul ran away and became a ward of the state. soon after becoming a ward he had shown adept ability to cast magic. from then on he was to study at the College of Magic where he would be introduced to Lux who he fond over. after many years of study and teaching he found something special that only he could do, he could command with a single word. Xankul had from then on driven his study into the words of power and all things that could be done with only the sound of his voice.

Abilities Passive: Power of Speech every time an ability is casted within 1200 range of Xankul he gains a stack of Verbal power. Stacks are halved after death. Xankul gains ability power equal to amount of stacks.

Q: Mental Whispers Range: 400 Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 Cool down: 14/13/13/12/12 Activation: Xankul deals magic damage equal to 40/75/110/145/180 plus 10% (+45% Ability Power) of the target's current Health. Xankul gains stacks of Verbal Power equal to 2%/3%/4%/5%/6% the damage target is hit with for the next 3 seconds.

W: Words Of Pain Range: 900 Cost: 80 mana Cool down: 9/8/7.5/7/6 Activation: Symbols appear around Xankul that shoot to target area. dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+65% Ability Power) to enemy it hits and they becomes marked by pain. Specal: any allies withing 500 range of target gain 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% increase to all damage. if target dies from words of pain, Xankul's Verbal stacks increase by 1%/2%/3%/4%/5%.

E: Utter Movement Range: 550 Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana Cool down: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 Passive: Xankul gains bonus movement equal to 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% of ability power. Active: air shoots out hitting next enemy deals 40/60/90/140/180 (+60% AP) and is stunned for 0.50/0.75/1/1.5/2 seconds. while this ablility is on cooldown, the passive can not be applied.

R: Declare Arcane Compendium Range: 400/800/1600 Cost: First: 25/50/75 mana per second active. Second: consumes all stacks of Verbal Power Cool down: 150/120/90 Activation: First: Xankul gains true sight (reveals all invisible objects and champions in the area)of all things withing range. must have mana to keep it going. Second: all enemies withing range reduced Armor and Magic Resistance equal to 20%/35%/50% for number of seconds equal to 2% of Verbal Power Stacks consumed.

Notes: I understand the passive is a make or break ability, that is one of the reasons I have it there. it's not as bad as Nasus but it's still good.

Okay, first, seeing as all his abilities are point and click that can be used on anyone...

The passive is really feast or famine, since dying removes huge amounts of your AP, and getting ahead gives you huge amounts of AP to nuke anything.

Due to the interaction of Q + W, he could QW a minion and instantly get ~50 verbal power, with the amount increasing each time WHILE doubling his current stacks, which quickly leads to instant kill point and clicks. Basically, due to how those spells interact they make him start the game slightly behind and then have 400+ AP by 4 minutes.

His E is a targetted 3 second stun. For comparison, the longest ccs in the game are fears + taunts (max of 2.25), root (max 3), and Ashe's ult, which at max range has a stun of 3.5 seconds (or 4. point stands). Out of these, only the fear + taunt are point and click, and both of them are A) Non damaging spells, B) Have rather low range, and C) are on kits of lower damage and kill potential champions. Giving someone a point and click nuke and stun is pretty bad.

His E passive seems kinda unique, until you realize that due to his passive he can easily get several hundred ms for free before 10 minutes.

His R is really, really, brokenly strong, and really strange curve wise. Level 1 cooldown is 200 seconds, level 2 is 180 seconds (a 10% decrease), and then level 3 is 90 seconds (a 55% decrease). In addition, the mana cost is extremely high (the highest mana cost ability I know of below that is Veigar's ult), which is counteracted by the fact that you only use it once for the true sight, forever. Seeing as he has permanent true sight post 6, you make him literally hard counter wards, any form of trap, and any stealth champion. Then, due to his QW passive spam, his R is a almost zero cost reactivation that shreds armor and MR (so I guess if you're in a teamfight you can feel even better about making any form of defence building useless for them?).

Basically, his concept revolves around a broken mechanic, made broken further due to his kit.
