Warx, Ward of Warp

I wanted to design a champion with a lot of versatility and map presence, so I came up with this idea of having a sort of transforming champion that switches between mage and tank. Basically, you have a yordle mage inside of a protective sphere, and he is able to separate from his sphere and control it as controllable minion. Inside the sphere he is a sturdy tank, but outside he is a squishy mage. Switching between these "forms" changes some of his abilities.

I haven't come up with any lore yet, any suggestions on this are welcome.

This is what I'm thinking for a character model: Champion: http://en.bcdn.biz/Images/2014/9/17/51816443-d76c-4d3b-8ba0-71ede7afff55.jpg Warp Sphere: http://www.deko.lt/gallery/wp-content/uploads/Energy_ball_magic06_03.jpg (Note: I'm not taking credit for these, I found them on google.)

Quotes:

"The influence of my sphere reaches far." "Fear the sphere." "I shall warp your will to live." "I'm over here. Now I'm over here." "Can't touch this." "I will rip a portal through your chest." When he laughs, each "ha" sounds like it's coming from a different location. Suggestions for more quotes are welcome as well.

Abilities:

Warx uses energy instead of mana.

Autoattack- Warx warps a small amount of air inside the enemy unit.

Passive- Warp Sphere Warx has a protective warp sphere that gives him extra health, magic resist, and armor while inside, and loses this bonus while outside the sphere. Warx can warpwalk out of the warp sphere and use it as a controllable minion with global range. While separated, Warx has increased movement speed and the warp sphere has decreased movement speed relative to their movement speed when combined. Switching between tank and mage modes resets the cooldown on warp missle and teleportal. When combined their health is added together, and when split their health is split evenly between the two. Warx does not gain experience from units killed by the warp sphere when separated, and any gold earned is given to the closest ally champion.

Minion- warp sphere The warp sphere has health regeneration, movement speed, health, magic resist, and armor which scale with level. The warp sphere does not benefit from Warx's bonus armor, magic resist, attack speed, health regeneration, or movement speed, but bonus health is split evenly between Warx and the warp sphere. The warp sphere cannot autoattack, instead it ignores unit collision and deals magic damage which scales with level to enemy units that it passes through. When the warp sphere is assigned to autoattack a unit it will roll in a small circle over the unit, thus it's attack speed is based on it's movement speed. The warp sphere reflects a percentage (based on level) of all damage taken back to its source as magic damage. The warp sphere does not attract tower aggro and cannot attack towers. If the warp sphere is destroyed while seperated it will regenerate around Warx after a period of time or upon returning to the fountain.

Q- Warp Missle Mage mode: Warx marks a line in front of him, after a brief delay he warps a chunk of earth inside the nearest enemy unit marked by the line dealing magic damage. Tank mode: Warx creates a shield around the warp sphere. This shield causes projectiles to warp past the warp sphere dealing no damage to Warx and reducing their damage to other ally units.

W- Teleportal Mage mode: Warx creates a warp portal on the ground, after a brief delay he warps the ground below up out of the earth dealing magic damage to enemy units hit and slowing enemy units that walk over the affected area. Tank mode: Warx creates a warp portal on the ground, after a brief delay enemy champions within the portal are warped into the ground temporarily rooting them and dealing magic damage. Ally champions within the portal are warped behind the warp sphere, the vacuum left in their absence causes a shockwave which deals magic damage to nearby enemy units.

E- Warpwalk Warx warps to a target location, the vacuum left in his sudden absence causes a shockwave which deals magic damage to nearby enemy units. If the target location is the warp sphere, then he will recombine with the sphere to enter tank mode. If he is within the warp sphere, then he will warp to the target location leaving the warp sphere to enter mage mode.

R- Warp Tunnel Warx channels before teleporting to any friendly unit. This ability has global range. If Warx is within the warp sphere it will teleport with him, if he teleports to the warp sphere he will recombine with it. If he teleports with the warp sphere it will cause a shockwave when it arrives dealing magic damage and slowing all surrounding enemy units.

Any questions, comments, and suggestions are welcome. I hope you enjoyed the concept.

Very original ideas but oh boy, very complicated.
