Blood Moon Jayce?

I found this image while looking at custom skins for Jayce, this is a concept for one but it was never done - at least i don't think it was. - I think that you guys at Riot Games should really take this skin into consideration. It's by Daniel Hiew - not sure if I spelled that correctly. - (Hidaew is his tumblr name.)
