@RIOT Will Ashe or Garen ever get Legendary/Ultimate skins?

These are two of my favorite champs, and champions that a ton of players pick up when they start the game and fall in love with, but the skins on both are really underwhelming.

Every skin has the same dialog and it's just sad thats theres no options here...
