Regarding: Kassadin Visual Update PBE

I just saw the VU that Kassadin is receiving and I think most of it looks amazing, but one thing caught my eye: what happened to the robe in the Deep One skin? (here is the image: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-m8JrV_1T5Zc/VOzZf-RarsI/AAAAAAAAkg4/-BNhEqJZw8U/s1600/kass2.jpg) Will it be revised to look how it looks in the splash or will it not? Also, will his nether blade be receiving a visual effect update? It may be too soon to be asking this as it was just put on the PBE, but any feedback would be nice :).
