(Champion Concept) Telesilla, The Literature Master

Lore:I haven't a thought as I'm not good w/ this kind of thing, so it's up to you.

Design Idea: She holds a book sort of like Karthus, is about the size of Lissandra. Short hair and classes, like stereotypical librarians. (Not sure on hair color)

Passive: Magic Genre: When Inspired Writer(R) is activated, she can choose between void mode,and pure magic mode.(It happens sort of like a TF, W) In Void Mode, bookworm(Q) silences enemies and ignores M.R. Captivation(W) stuns for 2.25 seconds rather than 1.25 seconds. Plot Twist (E) gets no changes. In Pure Magic Mode her A.P. scales by 5% and her (Q) Bookworm does True Damage. Captivation (W) stuns for 2 seconds and has a 30% slow that decays over 3 seconds. Her (E) Plot Twist also receives no changes.

Q:Bookworm: Telesilla fires a worm out dealing 75(15%)magic damage(Scales off A.P.) (6 second cooldown, all lvls)(Costs 75 at lvl 1-3 and 60 4-5)

W:Captivation: Stuns an enemy for 1.25 seconds and slows 15% over 1.5 seconds.(10 seconds lvl 1 to 8 seconds lvl 5) (Costs 80 at lvl 1 and goes down 5 per lvl)

E:Plot Twist: She gains 50% HP and Mana regeneration over 3 seconds. It has a 2 second channel which is canceled by "Hard CC" (14 seconds lvl 1 to 10 seconds at lvl 5) (Costs 80 mana all lvls)

R:Inspired Writer: Telesilla's cooldown reduction becomes 60%, regardless of of CDR before the Ultimate's activation, and gains 100% Mana regen and 50% HP regen. Lasts for 5 seconds lvl 1, 7 lvl 2, and 8.5 lvl 3 (Disables Plot Twist (E)

Base stats: 53 AD, 0 AP, 0 Armor, 0 MR, .60 Attack Speed, 0% CDR, 0 Crit. Chance, and 335 move speed. Her attack range is medium range (A- bout TF's)
