The max friends is a problem

So, this is about people that eventually hit the 400 limit on friends. Im still not exactly sure why League made caps on friends in the first place, but for big time players and friendly people its comes up as a problem down the road. the easy temporary solution would just be increasing these limits but they would just fill up again. I suggest that Riot try selling expansion to friends and maybe chats for rp. Would be awesome and so helpful. Thanks for taking the time to read.

I have 444 friends at the moment did they put the cap higher?

Im gonna add to this, but for streamers adding there subs to there limit of friends, it starts getting insulting if you remove current subs to make room. im not saying that this is a problem for everyone but just putting a cap on the top of friends without anyway to expand is a bit restricting :t plus seemingly easy money for riot

I agree with everything in your original post. I think the current limit is 300, and it seems to have been in place since forever. I only display a bit more than 200, so I am guessing that the number also includes open invitations that haven't been rejected. (And how can I see those, to withdraw them, and free up friend slots?) Originally, I assumed that it increased with level, but I see that is not so. I'd pay to be able to expand my friends list, chats, and also club slots. I can be a member of 3 clubs, and have 2 open requests, but I need more. Incidentally, the vast majority of users hardly friend anybody, and of my contacts, I was the first that anybody had heard of, maxxing out friends list.

I really dont understand how you can run into this problem. regular clearing up of your friend list pretty much solves this issue since i doubt you will be playing with 400 different players much. most people have up to 30 people whom they play with regularly and a few more whom they play with like once a month, but exceeding 100 friends that you really need in your friendslist is already pretty hard task for a normal player
